Our luxury air conditioned 2 bedroom penthouse apartment is situated at the heart of Los Arqueros Golf and Country Club with stunning views of the golf course, mountains and sea. It is a peaceful location and yet is just 5 minutes from the golden beaches of San Pedro and just 10 minutes from the glitz of Puerto Banus. Plenty to so and see for the whole family from dolphin and whale watching cruises from Gibraltar to exploring the white Andalucian villages the region is famous for. You are also at the centre of the 'Costa del Golf' with over 20 courses within a 30 minute drive. The apartment is a few minutes walk from the clubhouse and all the facilities are available for your use including the well appointed bar/restaurant, tennis and squash courts, sauna, gym and childrens play area.

Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible - so you are able to take full advantage of the favourable prices offered by many of the airlines. All we have to do is take into account other bookings.

Full air-conditioning with a heating option is installed and there are also colonial style ceiling fans in all the main rooms for added comfort.
Satellite TV with all the usual UK channels, video, CD/radio/tape player, books, videos, music CDs, Playstation2 with DVD facility. There are also a couple of games for the playstation.
Cot hire and highchair hire available.

Terrace with dining for 4. Very private 70 sq.m. rooftop solarium with loungers - private access from terrace. The rooftop terrace is for your sole use and cannot be accessed by any other persons.
Within community: allocated parking, 2 large swimming pools, 1 of which is heated October to May, gardens.

golf course, driving range, putting green, tennis, squash, gym, sauna, table tennis, pro shop, paddle tennis.
Children's play area, restaurant and bar.
All the above facilities are on a pay and play basis - all at very reasonable rates, although the children's play area is free as are the swimming pools!
Coast/Beach
San Pedro is 5 miles away by car. Wonderful beaches, ample free parking and quite a variety of beachside bars and restaurants.
Your are just 10 minutes from the Marina of Puerto Banus and the glizy array of designer shops. The Marina is surrounded by fashionable restaurants and bars some very reasonably priced.
There is also a multi-screen cinema at Puerto Banus where there is always one of the latest English language films showing.
Travel
Malaga airport is 40 miles away.
Car hire, we feel, is essential and would also enable you to take full advantage of the location and area - although taxis are plentiful and much cheaper than the UK. There are good bus connections from stations at San Pedro or Marbella.

Our penthouse apartment is fully equipped for self-catering and the solarium is for your exclusive use - it is approached from steps leading from the terrace and the 360 degree views are stunning. Los Arqueros is set in the rolling foothills of the Sierra Blanca Mountains, on the Ronda road, just 3 miles from San Pedro and the coast. Within easy reach are the renowned cities of Granada and Seville. Gibraltar is a mere 45 minute drive. Venture a little inland and you could explore the many white villages such as Mijas, Casares, Gaucin and Benahavis or take a trip to Ronda with its Arab Baths, Bull Ring and breathtaking Gorge.
