Changeover day
Totally flexible on changeover day. We ask guests to vacate by 12pm on the day of departure nd not to arrive prior to 5pm to ensure enough cleaning time. Normally this is flexible, but please check when booking.

Outside
The sun terrace is dual aspect overlooking the urbanisation pool and gardens and sea views along the coastline. There is a BBQ and table with 4 chairs for al-fresco dining. There are 2 terrace sun loungers. Partially covered for shade.
Coast/Beach
Playa El Cristo Beach just 2 mins walk, next bay along. This delightful sheltered cove is ideal for children with fewer waves and warmer sea. No main roads to cross to get to the beach. Popular beach with 2 chiringuitos: lively atmosphere with music playing. Its ideal location means longer hours of sunshine, making it a particular favourite for serious sunbathers. La Rada Beach 2.6km town centre, sea front palm tree promenade lined with chiringuitos (beach bars) serve tapas and seafood.
Golf
Known as the Costa del Golf the Costa del Sol is famous for year round golfing.
Within 5 min drive there are several good courses. 2 mins Estepona Golf: (18 holes - great summer deals) esteponagolf.com.
5 mins Los Flamingos: flamingosgolf.com (4 courses including 1 Senior PGA course). 8 mins Duquesa Golf: golfladuquesa.com (18 holes, Robert Trent designed).
Within the vicinity there are over 50 courses all within
a 10-30 minute drive from Sotogrande to Marbella.
Skiing
The Sierra Nevada ski resort is in Granada from Dec-Feb.
It can be reached in 2 hours and is a great weekend getaway. Book hotels well in advance - see our dedicated website (below) for details.
Travel
Car hire is not essential in Estepona as everything is within a 5-15 min walk. There is a bus stop right outside the urbanisation. Car hire is recommend however if you want to get the most out of Andalucia and see its sights and sounds. 40 mins Malaga Airport (low cost flights from all major airports - busy) 25 mins Gibraltar Airport. (quick turnaround, BA & Monarch cross the border).
45 mins Jerez Airport (Ryan air).

Booking notes
Bookings require a 50% deposit which is fully refundable but only up to 4 weeks prior to the dates that have been reserved.
The remainder is payable on arrival in cash or by paypal with credit card. Damage deposit is required to hold, returnable upon departure check.
