Changeover day is flexible.
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | 3 large bedrooms, one with ensuite, two have double beds and one has two singles. All with large fitted wardrobes. |
| Bathrooms: | One ensuite bathroom has fitted shower, separate bath. Tiled floor to ceiling with marble. Second bathroom is fitted out to a high standard with separate power shower, bath and fully tiled in cream marble. |
| Kitchen: | Large separate kitchen with central marble top table. Fitted out with gas cooker, microwave, double american fridge freezer, separate drinks fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, juicer, toaster. All kitchen tops are granite. |
| Utility Room: | Drinks fridge, water heaters, washing machine. |
| Living Rooms: | Separate dining room with three steps down to lounge. Doors from the dining room lead out to a shaded patio with swing chairs and eating area. Lounge has satellite TV, DVD, CD player and wood burner for the winter. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels are provided for use in the villa but not beach towels. All bed linen is supplied. The villa is cleaned for your arrival, if extra cleaning is required this can be arranged at an extra cost. |
Notes on accommodation
Air conditioning in main rooms and in the master bedroom, but this is available at an extra cost.the air conditioning can also be used to heat the villa and is very effective, please ask for the costs incurred for use of heating.
This villa is nearly all on one level and suitable for children.
The swimming pool is two pools linked by a waterfall, the top one being very suitable for paddling children and is warmed quickly by the sun during the day.

Accessibility
24 steps in 3 flights of eight, then everything in the villa is on one level.
Suitable for all except those with severe difficulties.
Outside
The pool is two large round pools linked with a waterfall which flows between the two pools, there are several sun terraces and two lawned areas with established fruit and palm trees and banana trees to provide shade.
On the terrace from the dining room there are two american type swing chairs to sit and gently sway whilst admiring the view out to sea and the almond trees in blossom.
Coast/Beach
5 mins away in the car you will find a good selection of beaches, quiet and a bit more hectic, whatever you are looking for.
Golf
Local golf course is approx 5 mins away in the car and is being increased to 18 holes. Guest members are welcome.
Skiing
Skiing in the Sierra Nevada is only 1 hour away. Great facilities for ski hire, underground car parking and a good selection of runs suitable for the beginner to the experienced skier.
Special interest holidays
Good countryside for walking, Alpujarras hills and local white villages are only 15mins away in the car and offer a lovely view of life as it was 40 years ago.
Travel
Malaga airport is 75 mins away but a new section of motorway is due to open spring 2006 so maybe 50 mins.
Granada airport now a good option, only 60 mins good road link straight to Salobrena.
Distances
Granada - fantastic old moorish city only 45 mins.
Almunecar - a very traditional spanish resort 15 mins in the car.
Further details
Good selection of places to shop, supermarkets, but very spanish.
Great place to come for the winter, average day time temp in jan and feb is 65 to 70.
Booking notes
Deposit to be paid on booking and balance to be paid six weeks prior to arrival. If any extras agreed to be paid at end of holiday.
Security deposit taken, refunded at end of holiday as long as all OK.
