Notes on accommodation
This property has a large lounge which leads through to a separate lounge area where there is a double sofa bed for extra guests. The large fully fitted kitchen leads from the dining room and main hall. There is also a guest bathroom with walk-in shower on the ground floor. Upstairs are three double bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms, the master bedroom has a dressing area, all bedrooms have two single beds. There is a private car port at the side of the house and also parking infront of the house within the secure complex.
There is air conditioning throughout.

Private garden, patio with table, 6 chairs and sofa, shared pool 15 x 10 metres approx.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is 5 minutes drive away or 15 minutes to walk. It is a safe sandy beach with a good quality restaurant.
Golf
200 yards from the Club House at Santa Clara Golf Club.
Other courses within 1/2 miles include Rio Real, Marbella Golf & Country Club.
Ther are numerous other well known courses within a 20 minute drive also.
Travel
Malaga Airport is 30/35 minutes drive.
Car hire is recommended but not essential.
