The terrace, perfectly positioned for those who enjoy the sun from early morning until late evening, has stunning uninterrupted views to the coastline and mountains. A fabulous new terrace and landscaped gardens to the front of the villa, planted with orange and lemon trees and fragrant shrubs, offer an alternative vista to enjoy alfresco meals. Superb beaches are approximately five miles away, and the old Spanish market town of Pego, which provides shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants is approximately 2 miles. The villa is tastefully furnished to a very high standard with a Spanish style covered BBQ and hot-cold poolside shower and is perfect for all types of holidays in this beautiful part of the Northern Costa Blanca.

Changeover day
Changeover day is generally Saturday, but check with the owner to see if flexibility is possible. Villa to be vacated by 10am, new clients to arrive after 4pm.
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 with kingsize bed, en suite bathroom, air conditioning and doors leading out to the terrace. Bedroom 2 with double bed, air conditioning and views over the garden. Bedroom 3 with twin beds, air conditioning and views over the garden. |

| Kitchen: | The kitchen is fully equipped including hob, oven, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, juicer, washing machine and microwave. Also equiped with more than ample crockery, cutlery, saucepans and serving dishes. |
| Utility Room: | Although no separate utility room, there are facilities for drying towels, washing etc, plus iron and ironing board and airer. We have also provided a cool box for use at the beach and inflatables for use in the pool. |
| Living Rooms: | The lounge/dining area is superbly furnished for your comfiort and equipped with satellite TV [UK channels included], CD, DVD and playstation. The dining area has a table, 6 chairs and doors leading onto the covered terrace and pool area. |

Maid service between lets and weekly linen change. Pool / beach towels are also provided which helps with the weight limit allowed in your case! |

Outside
Large private floodlight kidney shaped pool (8x4m) with roman steps. It has a large terrace with covered porch and a table with 6 chairs for dining or relaxing in the shade. It also has a Spanish style BBQ with sink and food preparation area. On the terrace, outside the main bedroom we have provided a small table with 2 chairs where you can enjoy a quiet breakfast and watch the sun rise over the mountain. As mentioned previously, there is a poolside shower, 4 sunloungers, 2 recliners and a parasol. To the front of the villa there is another terrace with dining table and chairs, set amongst the landscaped gardens, planted with orange and lemon trees, palms and many fragarant shrubs. This terrace looks especially pretty at night when the accent lighting is switched on.
Coast/Beach
The northern Costa Blanca is one of the most beautiful green and fertile areas of Spain. Superb sandy beaches stretch for mile after mile. The beach resorts of Denia, Oliva, Javea, Moraira and Calpe are all within easy driving distance.
Golf
There are many golf courses within the area, the closest being in Oliva (approximately 10 minutes drive). There is also an excellent course called La Sella which is near Denia (approximately 20 minutes drive) and numerous other courses with one hour.
Skiing
Ski-ing is arailable at the winter ski resorts of Valdelinares and Javalambre. Both around 2 hours drive from Monte Pego. Ski in the morning and on the beach in the afternoon!
Travel
Car hire is essential. We can offer advice on car hire companies. Alicante airport 60 miles. Valencia Airport 65 miles. Murcia airport 100 miles. Reus (Tarragona) airport 220 miles. Barcelona airport 280 miles.
Distances
Pego - 5 minutes drive.
Denia - 20 minutes drive.
Valencia is approximately 1 hour drive to the north, a wonderful city with something for everyone. Easy train journey from Xeraco.
Further details
The villa is ideal for relaxing and active holidays alike. Terra Mitica, Aqualandia and Cullera water park are each around 30 minutes drive and a safari park is just 5 mins away. Denia is a lively town and port full of shops, bars and restaurants. On Monte Pego itself there are 3 restaurants, bars, a bank and tennis facilities. There is also a Health and Beauty Salon and at the Bella Vista Hotel there is a fitness room, heated indoor pool for use in low season and a very large outside pool. There is also a sports/tv bar. (Charges apply for these facilities). Many fiestas and parades are held in the local towns and villages all through the summer and are really worth a visit. Other activities close by are water sports, go karting and cycling. There are numerous areas both on the coast and inland to explore and the Costa Blanca has a marvellous climate for most of the year. Our local agent will meet you on arrival and is available to assist during your holiday.
Booking notes
Bookings are generally Saturday to Saturday, although flexibility is sometimes possible. The price includes accommodation, water, electricity and cleaning. A deposit of £175 per week is required on booking, with the balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure. A £200 damage deposit is required. This will be refunded in full provided there has been no major damage or breakage. Discounts available - 4 weeks 10%. Last minute (14 days) - 20%.
