Large new 4 bed villa (214 sq.m.) on level site, with a high standard of furnishing and ample parking. Secluded, but not isolated, with uninterrupted panoramic views across the valley to the mountains from the villa and the pool. It is south facing with a light breeze most days, making the property an ideal place for a relaxing holiday destination. The pool area is gated for children's safety and Roman steps lead into the pool. There is a spacious area for sunbathing beside the pool, which has the sun all day.The gazebo with seating area, is adjacent to the pool and barbecue. In addition there are 2 covered terraces (nayas) with table and chairs for dining al fresco. There is a well equipped kitchen, which leads into the dining room with seating for 10 people. This leads into the large lounge and on to the front terrace. Insect screens are on all windows and doors.

Coast/Beach
Alicante is a 30 min drive. Benidorm is a 60 min drive.
Santa Pola is a 45 min drive.

Golf
Alenda Golf - 30 minutes from villa towards Alicante - 18 holes.

Travel
Alicante airport is a 40 minute drive. A car is essential.

Distances
10 mins to Monovar, our nearest town, which has all necessary amenities, including a good supermarket and health centre, plus the local bodega for purchasing the excellent local wine. Elda, 10 mins further along the motorway from Monovar, has a Carrefour hypermarket, designer shops, cinema complex, nightclub, keep fit centre and a small childrens indoor play area ( for that rare wet day).

Further details
The flat roads here, make it a good cycling area, a popular sport of the Spanish. The campo (countryside) is a good walking area with birds and wild-life. The trails in the nearby village are signposted and there is a booklet available in the villa. Many small Spanish villages along quiet roads make driving pleasant. Most have their own market day. Monovar is on a Monday. This is a very Spanish town, not at all touristy, with people willing to help you if you need it.
Horse-riding is available near Pinoso, a half hour drive.
Fortuna (towards Murcia) is the nearest health spa, open all the year round, and only an hours drive. All the family will enjoy its hot water for relaxing or swimming.

Booking notes
A 20% non-refundable deposit is payable on booking. The balance payable 6 weeks before holiday date. A £200 returnable bond for any damage incurred is also required at time of final payment.
