Changeover day
Changeover days are flexible to take advantage of cheaper mid-week flights.
Normally arrival after 3pm, and departure 10am, but for early arrivals and late departures we can come to some arrangement.
Late arrivals are not a problem.

Jasmine is the larger of the two apartments with its own comfortably furnished, private terrace overlooking the mountains and orange groves.
The bedroom has a double bed and large fitted wardrobes.
The bathroom contains a shower, toilet and sink.
The open plan kitchen/living room has comfortable seating, satellite TV, DVD player and a wood burning stove. The kitchen contains an oven, hob, fridge-freezer and dishwasher.
The apartment has full central heating.
There is the option (subject to availability) to rent an adjoining en-suite bedroom to make this apartment suitable for four people.

Notes on accommodation
This newly refurbished accommodation has full central heating, a vital necessity for anyone thinking of renting in the winter, all costs included in the rental price. We have specifically designed the solar heated plunge pool to be available for use all year round, with a unique sliding glass wall, that can be open in the summer and closed in the winter, this makes it an ideal environment in which to relax throughout the year. There is wifi broadband and computer access available in the house. We do not accept children under 12 or pets. There is a flight of steps leading to both apartments.

Outside
Jasmine has its own comfortably furnished private terrace, and both apartments share a large, 100 sq meters roof terrace with good mountain views, furnished with table, chairs and sun loungers. There is an attractive, indoor reading area adjacent to the terrace with a large selection of books, DVDs and a CD player. Also on the roof terrace are a WC and laundry facilities for guests.
The indoor, shared, heated plunge pool has a depth of 1.4 meters, and the room is comfortably furnished with table and chairs.

Coast/Beach
The attractive coastal resort of Salobrena is a 30 minute drive away. There is a large selection of beach front restaurants, shops etc. Sun loungers are available for hire on the beach. Other, larger resorts such as Almunecar and Nerja are within easy reach.

Golf
There are golf courses at the coast and in Granada, both are a 30 minute drive away.

Skiing
The ski resort of the Sierra Nevada is approximately one hours drive away. There are full facilities for equipment hire, ski lifts, sledging, snow boarding etc.

Travel
The nearest airport is Granada, a 30 minute drive away. Ryanair fly direct from Liverpool and Stansted, Monarch fly direct from Gatwick.
Malaga is 90 minutes away, flights available from most UK airports.
Whilst car hire is recommended to get the most from the area it is not essential as there is a good bus service in the area.
We operate a free pick up service from Granada airport for guests not wanting to hire a car. Please contact us for details for pick up service from Malaga.

Distances
The nearest village with shops, banks and bars is Talara, a flat 10 minute walk, with panoramic views.
Granada and the Alhambra Palace are an easy 30 minute drive.
The Alpurrajan towns of Lanjaron and Orgivia are a 30 minute drive.

This is a part of Spain far removed from the Costas, where the pace of life is relaxed and stress free, visitors can enjoy a glimpse of the real Spain and all its pleasures. The area offers outstanding opportunities to walkers of all abilities. From peaceful high mountains to secluded wooded valleys there are miles of walking trails awaiting discovery.
In Winter, after the grey skies of the UK, to experience walking in the blue skies and open vistas of the Sierra Nevada is a delight not to be missed.

There is horse riding, fishing, open air swimming pools and mountain biking available nearby.

Please contact us to check availability. We will hold a provisional booking for seven days while waiting for your deposit of 25%.
Balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival.
For bookings less than 6 weeks prior to arrival we require payment in full at the time of booking.
If you have to cancel for any reason and we can re-let we will refund any monies paid.
Last minute bookings payment can be made, in Euros, on arrival.
We accept payment by Sterling or Euro cheque, debit or credit card.
