This frontline apartment which has just been completely renovated is within a couple of minutes walk of the town centre. This is our holiday home and has been furnished to a very high standard. We are constantly upgrading the apartment. We have just installed a phone line. This apartment is without doubt one of the best apartments on the Mar Menor. A lot of places which are available in Los Alcazares say they are 10 minutes away from the beach (which they are if you are wearing a jetpack). Our apartment is right on the beach. You don't need a private pool where we are, as the clean, safe Mar Menor is just outside the door. Please visit our website for more photo's and information.

Changeover day
Saturday but this may be flexible.

| Bathrooms: | The main bathroom has bath with multi-head shower, glass sink and waterfall tap with an illuminated vanity mirror, WC, and bidet. Shower-room has a multihead shower, WC and sink. |
| Kitchen: | New fitted kitchen with fan assisted oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, electric kettle, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer. |
| Living Rooms: | There are 2 ivory coloured leather sofa's as well as a large black leather poufee. There is a 42" Plasma Screen, satellite system (showing all the main UK channels), DVD Player and a quality Hifi system along with a selection of DVDs and CDs. |
| Other: | There is also a Nintendo Gamecube with a selection of games, as well as a number of beach toys and balls. In addition there is also a couple of sun-loungers for use on the balcony as well as a couple of beachchairs which are kept on the back balcony. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
All towels (apart from beach towels) and linen are included in price. All towels and linen are changed weekly. |
Notes on accommodation
The apartment has air-conditioning in the lounge and main bedroom. In the second bedroom there is a ceiling fan and a portable air conditioning unit for the third bedroom. In the main bedroom there is a hair-dryer. We have just fitted wall mounted heating/cooling units in all the bedrooms as well as the bathroom and shower-room.
Outside
There is a front balcony overlooking the Mar Menor with adjustable awning, table & chairs along with a gas barbeque and outside lighting. In addition there is a rear terrace which is suitable for sunbathing from midday onwards along with a drying area.
Coast/Beach
The apartment is less than 50 metres from the beach.
Golf
There are over 20 newly built/under developement golf courses within a 30 drive. The most famouse being the the La Manga Club, which is a 15 drive away. A new municipal course being developed by the council, Torre del Rame, is due to open in 2006 and is less than a mile from the apartment. We can arrange transport to the courses in the area at a reasonable cost by a driver with a 7 seater MPV. We offer a golfclub rental if required.
Travel
The apartment is less than 10 minutes from Murcia (San Javea) Airport. We can arrange airport transfers if required. There is free parking directly outside the building and in the surrounding streets.
Distances
We are about 2 minutes walk to the centre of Los Alcazares where there are several banks, shops, restaurants and bars. Cartegena is 15 kms away and Murcia about 50 kms. There is a excellent and cheap bus service which links Los Alcazares to other major towns.
Further details
The apartment is on the 2nd Floor. There is no lift in the building.
