It is located in a very quiet spot in a residential area. Located 10 minutes drive from the lovely seaside resort Sant Jordi D’Alfama (l'Ametlla de mar) and only 1h30 minutes drive from Barcelona. Take a winding road up from L’Ametlla de Mar through vineyards and mountain valleys and you will find the villa surrounded by forest in a peaceful and secluded location. The local area joins the region of the bay of Sant Jordi and yet is only minutes from the beach. Sitges is only 80km from the villa. The villa has everything to ensure that your holiday will be relaxing and enjoyable: 4 double bedrooms sleeping 11 people. There is a private pool an outside dining terraces, sun drenched south facing grounds where you can sunbathe all day long.

Kitchen: A very wide well equipped kitchen with cooker on gas, dishwasher, American refrigerator, electric oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, mixer, toaster, orange juice press, etc. Complete crockery and cutlery sets, glasses & table accessories are abundant.
Living Rooms: The living has arranged with sitting and dining room. Digital satellite TV, DVD video and CD music centre is present. Also there is a dining table. The two double garden door gives access to the covered terrace.
Other: Each bedroom has a large double bed (180cm wide) that can be split into 2 single beds, a wardrobe. All bathrooms also have hair dryers, irons/ironing boards. The villa has a folding child cot, play pens.

Large poolside terrace with 6 sunloungers, several relaxchairs and pillows to increase your comfort, side tables.

The grounds (total area of 3000m2) are planted with palms, exotic plants. Secluded setting with no adjoining neighbours. A plot with forest behind.

Upper terrace: Outdoor dining table with 10 dining chairs and 4 relaxing low chairs. An outdoor barbecue. From this terrace the stairs leads you down to the pool.
Lower terrace: 200sqm sunterrace connecting the pool and tropical plants 6 sunloungers, 4 relaxchairs and more, pillows to increase your comfort. A wide drive leads up to the street.
Roof Terrace: 2 relax chairs give you a magnificent view on the Delta of the Ebro, sea view and mountain view.

Coast/Beach
Ametlla de Mar a lovely Spanish town with traditional Spanish feel which has not been over developed. Highly popular with affluent Barcelona residents. Several great restaurants, bars and clubs. Nearest beach from villa only 2,5km away (just a five minute drive).

Golf
Golfclub Bonmont is only a 15 minutes drive from the villa.

Travel
Barcelona airport – 135 km. 1,5 hour by car. This is the best airport to fly into.
Gerona is much further away.
Reus is only 35km from the villa.
Car hire is highly recommended in order to make best use of local facilities and also because we are in a secluded setting. There are however taxis and a limited bus services.

It is located on 135km from Barcelona airport and 30km from Reus airport. It also has a good connection by train and car.

L'Ametlla de Mar, a typical and picturesque fishing village with a unique coastline. Located on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea with its crystalline water, pine trees reaching the sea and an excellent cuisine thanks to the fish caught by l'Ametlla's own fishing fleet. L'Ametlla de Mar has a 14 km long coastline which is formed of wonderful cliffs where you can discover, little by little, bays of incredibly crystalline, blue water surrounded by rocks and pine trees, bays with fine, white sand like Cala del Trevol, Calafat, Sant Jordi. Others with pebble beaches such as the Xelin etc. Llenya or the natural harbour of L'Estany. Secluded places on this Baix Ebre coast where you will be able to find peace and quiet without crowds. It is located on 135km from Barcelona airport and 30km from Reus airport. It also has a good connection by train and car, (exit 39 highway A-7). The tropical environment, exotic atmosphere, Provencal aromatic smells of the herbs of thyme, rosemary, lavender and pine trees, you can see and enjoy the breathtaking sunrise and sunset, enjoy this microclimate and the crystal-clear sky here in Catatonia. These are some of the enjoys which turn around your holiday, feeling you are in Paradise. In the Atmosphere of full nature, only 6km from the village, are located the residential urbanisation Calafat with its own modern marina and club, Marina Sant Jordi, Sant Jordi d'Alfama and Tres Cales. The river, which flows through the main continent, ends up in the Delta de L'Ebre, into the sea. Here is the place were freshwater meets saltwater. This is the place the fish likes the most. Here we find the richest fishingplace at the Mediterranean Sea. The rich rice fields supply all Spain, also this is the place where you can see the flamingo with you own eyes.
