Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. A further supplement of 40 GBP in low season and 80 GBP in high season will be added when a 5th person stays in the apartment, children up to 2 years old are free. Discount deals available for long winter lets, please contact owner for details. Euros accepted at currency exchange rate.

To suit cheap flights! Arrival after 3pm and departure by 1100h in high season.

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 - Double bed with overhead reading lights, double fitted wardrobes and drawers, pine drawers/cupboards, leads to marble en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2 - Single beds x 2, double fitted wardrobes and drawers, sliding patio doors leading to terrace.
Bathrooms: Bathroom 1 to bedroom 1 with bath/shower over, WC, bidet and marble top washbasin.
Bathroom 2 has shower cubicle, WC, marble top washbasin with washing machine underneath.
Both bathrooms have marble floors and surfaces and mirrored walls.
Kitchen: Fully equipped separate kitchen with microwave, fridge / freezer, oven and 4 ring hob, toaster and cafetiere / percolator.
Living Rooms: L-shaped sofa and glass coffee table, glass topped dining table and 6 chairs, book cabinet, 2 sets sliding patio doors leading to terrace, Sky Digital TV (flat screen), DVD player with selection of recent movies and portable CD player with small speakers.

Bed linen and towels are provided. Guests are required to bring their own towels for sun-bathing and beach use. Cleaning is carried out before your stay, additional cleaning can be arranged for a supplement - please ask.

Notes on accommodation
Loud music is not permitted after midnight. Smoking only on the terrace and in the gardens. No pets inside the apartment.

Accessibility
Ground floor and double front doors mean it is accessible for wheelchair access into main living area with sliding patio doors granting access onto terrace/garden and pool area. Bedrooms/bathrooms/kitchen access limited by standard size doorframes.

Outside
Large teracotta tiled terrace with sun loungers. Private terrace gate to mature gardens with mountain views and shared pool. Table, chairs for al fresco diningand sun loungers . Clothes airer/pegs for drying clothes. Private car park with resident motorised gate behind block.

Coast/Beach
The famous yachting marina of Puerto Banus, with exclusive shops, bars, restaurants, cinema and nightclubs, is only a 10 minute walk away. Our quiet beach 'Playa de Rio Verde' is 3 mins walk with beautiful coastal and mountain views. Lovely clean, sandy beach where hire of sun loungers together with bar and restaurant service is offered by the local chiringuita. In the other direction one can walk or cycle along the coastal path right through to Marbella which makes for a lovely evening outing.

Golf
The Costa del Sol is famous for golf all year round. The apartment is situated at the entrance to the 'Golf Valley' and is surrounded by 7 fine courses which are only a few mins drive away.

Skiing
Granada is in the Sierra Nevada which is a popular ski resort about 2 hours drive away.

Travel
Malaga Airport is a 40 min drive. Gibraltar Airport is 45 mins drive. There is also an express bus from Malaga Airport to Marbella (approx 8 euros). A frequent coastal bus (with stops very close to apartment), runs along the N340 to Marbella, San Pedro and Estepona.

Distances
Puerto Banus (7 min walk away!). Marbella approx 3km. San Pedro approx 4km. Benahavis approx 13km famous for its culinary delights. Istan village sight seeing spot with picturesque lake. Estepona approx 20km. Mijas 42.3km white mountain village. Soto Grande approx 45km, 30 mins. Ronda, beautiful scenic spot, gorge and oldest bull ring, approx 50km. Rock of Gibraltar approx 68km 45 mins.

Further details
Local entertainment and amenities to enjoy include best golf courses, horse riding, mountain quad biking, sailing and people watching in prestigious Puerto Banus. There is a surfeit of gourmet restaurants, exclusive designer shopping and many sights to see close by in old town Marbella. Excursions further afield can also be arranged by enquiring at the local hotels. Street markets take place in all the local towns on different mornings of the week. On the practical side, various banks with cashpoint service as well as supermarkets are within very easy distance and renowned department store El Corte Inglis with excellent food hall is only 10 mins walk away.

Booking notes
Bookings require a £150 deposit, balance due 4 weeks before departure. £200 refundable deposit to be lodged as insurance against accidents, which will be refunded on your return, minus £75, (E70) maintenance fee to cover cleaning and laundry.
