We bought our house in 2002 and have done a lot of renovations. It is a now a luxury 3 bedroom townhouse situated in peaceful and exclusive private gated development surrounded by lovely gardens with 2 communal pools. We have a large south facing rear patio where one can enjoy the sun all day. At the front of the house there is a small garden with shrubs and flowers. Adjacent to the property is an 18 hole golf course with spectacular views over the Costa del Sol. A short walk brings you to the driving range if you want to practice your swings. The lovely marina of Puerto Cabopino and its beautiful beaches is a 10 minute walk with plenty of parking should you want to drive down.

Changeover day
Flexable changeover day departure before 10.00am unless by prior arrangement. Arrival after 2pm. On arrival you will be met at the gate by our property management with the keys and show you into the house.

Kitchen: Cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, table and 4 chairs. Fully equipped.
Utility Room: Tumble dryer, ironing board/iron situated in the garage. There are also a quantity of beach toys for the children. Floats, buckets and spades, bats and surf boards.
Living Rooms: Lounge, 2 leather 3 seater sofas, coffee table, 2 table lamp tables, TV, DVD and CD player, dining table with 6 chairs and 2 sideboards.
Other: Downstairs toilet and wash basin.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Towels and linen included (not beach towels) will be laundered weekly and property cleaned weekly.

This is a non smoking house. The property has air conditioning/heating. Under ground garage with storage for luggage and golf clubs and utility area with tumbledryer, iron and ironing board.

Outside
We have a secluded front garden with lawn and flower beds, at the rear is a large private south facing patio with table, parasol, 6 chairs and a barbeque. Roof sun terrace with 4 sun loungers, table, 4 chairs and parasol with views to mountain and sea. There are 2 communal swimming pools surrounded by beautiful well maintained gardens. There are no sunloungers at the pool but we supply 2 for your own use but have to be returned to the house and not left at the pool.

Coast/Beach
Cabopino beach and Marina is a 10 minute walk. The Marina splits the shore into 2 beaches both with sun loungers and parasols. For the quiet life go to the East side or for more bars and restaurants and busier atmosphere the West side. Cabopino Marina has a variety of excellent restaurants serving good food and wine and a lovely setting in which to dine. Just a five minute drive along the coast brings you to lovely beaches and beachside restaurants where you can enjoy a lunchtime/ evening meal.

Golf
Cabopino 18 hole golf course adjacent to property, driving range 3 mins walk. Numerous golf courses along the Costa del Sol, these are all within easy reach of our house. We have 2 sets of golf clubs, one ladies and one gents which you can hire at a nominal rent. Please enquire when booking.

Travel
Malaga Airport is 30 minute drive. Car hire recommended if you want to explore the area and other resorts. If a taxi is required to and from the airport this can be arranged at a very competitive price please indicate this when booking.

Distances
Marbella is a 10 min drive - Puerto Banus 15 min drive - Mijas 30 min drive - Ronda 1 hour drive - Gibralter 1 hour drive - Granada 1.5 hour drive - Seville 1.5 hour drive - Granada 1.5 hours drive.

Further details
Small grocery shop nearby supplying the bare essentials and the local garage has fresh bread and groceries. A few minutes walk there is pizza takeaway and a sports bar. Plenty of activities for children close by. Furengirola zoo, Happy Beach, boating, horse riding, fishing.

Booking notes
50% reservation deposit to be paid to confirm booking. Balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to departure. £150 refundable deposit to be returned after departure to cover for loss/damage or unreasonable use of property/contents and air conditioning. A call out fee may be charged and payable direct to the Property management.
