An attractive villa within the community of El Palmeral at the Golf Bonalba/Spa Resort. El Palmeral is security gated with private facilities of a communal swimming pool and children's play area. The villa is well equipped and has gardens front and rear and four terraces. Bonalba golf is a magnificent 18 hole par 72 course offering all usual facilities including a restaurant, tapas bar and terrace. Breakfasts are also served. Newly opened in 2004 is the impressive Spa Bonalba. The pool set in tropical gardens has a gently sloping beach entry with an inner cave, waterfall, a slide and jacuzzi, and a separate section for children. Other facilities include a gym, steam room and sauna and health and beauty treatments. Nursery facilities available should parents wish to have a little free time. There is also small commercial centre at Bonalba. Bonalba is ideally situated only 20 minutes from Alicante airport and eight minutes from the beautiful beaches of El Campello and San Juan.

The villa has air conditioning/heating units. There are sunbeds for use on the terraces and garden.

Outside
There are gardens to front and rear of the property, with views over the communal swimming pool and children's play area, leading to the Sierra Bonalba mountains in the distance.

Coast/Beach
The beautiful beach of El Campello is 4km from Bonalba offering a long sandy beach, a picturesque marina and promenade with numerous restaurants/cafe bars and shops. The beach of San Juan is also a short distance from Bonalba and also has a long sandy beach, promenade and restaurants.

Golf
Golf Bonalba is a magnificent 18 hole par 72 course. There is a golf academy with professional instructors large driving range, putting greens, approach area and bunker practice green. The clubhouse has a restaurant, tapas bar and terrace plus all the usual golf amenities. It is open every day of the year from 8a.m. and breakfasts are served at the clubhouse. Other golf courses nearby include Golf Alicante, Golf Alenda and Golf El Plantio.

Travel
Alicante airport - 20 minutes.
Murcia airport - approx 1 hour.
Car hire is essential.

Distances
Alicante town is 10 minutes by car. Bonalba is ideally situated for exploring the many interesting towns on the Costa Blanca.

Further details
There is a small group of shops at Bonalba including Banks, cafes/bars, Restaurants, and 2 general stores.The club house boasts an excellent restaurant and tapas bar. There is a large Carrefour hypermarket within 5 minutes by car from Bonalba and numerous restaurants at El Campello and San Juan.

Booking notes
25% non refundable deposit is required on booking.
Balance payable 8 weeks before departure to include £100 security deposit which is refunded within 21 days of departure from the villa providing no breakages etc.
