Explore the surrounding area including Los Alcazares, the Mar Menor and La Manga strip. Everything important is in walking distance, including supermarkets 5 minutes, and variety of Spanish and English restaurants. The sandy beach and promenade running along the Mar Menor coast are just 10 minutes walk away.

There is a lift up to the first floor, however there are 3 steps on entry to the apartments in order to reach the lift.

The apartment overlooks two large swimming pools, suitable for children and adults with a gently sloping access with hand rail.
Coast/Beach
10-15 mins walk to the beach, couple of minutes by car.
Golf
Los Alcazares and the surrounding areas contain several golf courses, and the La Manga golf courses are about 20-30 mins drive.
Travel
Car is unnecessary but recommended for visiting local tourist attractions, 10 mins from Murcia Airport (transfers service available). Los Alcazares town and markets in walking distance.
