Fitted out to a very high standard, including air-conditioning, English TV and Ceiling Fans, this is the ideal base from which to have a relaxing time by the pool, or visiting the beach. Explore the surrounding area including Los Alcazares, the Mar Menor and La Manga strip. Everything important is in walking distance, including supermarkets 5 minutes, and variety of Spanish and English restaurants. The sandy beach and promenade running along the Mar Menor coast are just 10 minutes walk away.

Accessibility
There is a lift up to the first floor, however there are 3 steps on entry to the apartments in order to reach the lift.
Outside
The apartment overlooks two large swimming pools, suitable for children and adults with a gently sloping access with hand rail.
Coast/Beach
10-15 mins walk to the sandy beach, most of the route is a pedesriansed walkway with shops and restaurants either side. Only a couple of minutes if travelling by car.
Golf
Los Alcazares and the surrounding areas contain several golf courses, and the La Manga golf courses are about 20-30 mins drive.
Travel
Car is unnecessary but recommended for visiting local tourist attractions, 10 mins from Murcia Airport (transfers service available). Los Alcazares town and markets in walking distance.

My name is Marc and I own this great 1st floor apartment in Los Alcazares. I bought it as an ideal family get away to the sun, just a little bit of "living the dream"...

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
Los Alcazares is a great location, the area has very restricted building regulations so you wont see the tall high-rise blocks more common further north.
This area is really popular holiday destination with the Spanish themselves and you don't get completely overloaded with brits while you are there, though in this particulary apartment block quite a few british people have bought apartments so you can always find people to chat to around the pool.
The supermarkets are just over the road with a nice pedestrianised walkway to the beach - just the right distance for us.
Unique benefits of the property
Having two swiming pools visible from our balcony, with a third pool a short walk away offers plenty to keep the kids entertained while being able to keep an eye on them.
