Please Note : A 10% discount is available for 2 week bookings. A 60 euro payment is required on arrival in La Manga to our representatives for cleaning of the apartment.
A £100-00 refundable damage deposit is required to secure your booking and final payment is required 8 weeks prior to departure from the uk.

Changeover day is flexible.

Notes on accommodation
The apartment benefits from underfloor heating for those winter breaks and air conditioning for those lazy hot summer holidays.

The development has a communal swimming pool that has recently opened.
Coast/Beach
The apartment overlooks the beaches of the Mediterranean and Mar Menor as well as the Tomas Maestre Marina. The La Manga strip is a unique 21km of land with sandy beaches and sea on both sides. There is a choice of many water sports including jet skis, yachting, scuba diving, kite surfing, boat trips and many more.
Golf
There are many golf courses in the area with the best known is the La Manga Club which plays host to the England Football Team as well as many well known sporting celebrities.
Travel
The nearest airport is Murcia (San Javier) 40 mins then Alicante 90 mins. Car hire is recommended.
Distances
Driving distance to many towns and villages such as Caravaca, Cartagena and Murcia.

The region has many towns and cities, rich with historical buildings, some dating back to the Romans and before. They have modern shops, street markets and leisure facilities to offer. Within walking distance are local shops, supermarkets, banks, bars and restaurants.
