Three double bedroom apartment, recently refurbished, fitted kitchen with everything you need for a great holiday. 10m x 5m pool and large terrace for your sole use. Walled garden with own entrance and electric gate. Parking for 4 cars if necessary. Located on the hillside above the beautiful Jalon Valley. Villa is two apartments, the first floor occupied by the owners who have their own entrance and access at side of property.

Changeover day
Saturday is preferred day of changeover but we would try to be flexible. Guests are asked to vacate by 11am and arrivals after 3pm.

Beach and bathroom towels are supplied and all bed linen. Linen changed twice a week and apartment cleaned once a week |
Notes on accommodation
Full central heating with thermostat in lounge. Fans are supplied for the warm weather. As the garden is fully walled and the lounge patio doors open onto the pool and terrace, we think this is a safe area for children.
Outside
Large terrace and 10m x 5m pool with steps and shallow end.
Spanish type BBQ with sink to left and work area to right. Parasols, tables and chairs, sunloungers and cushions etc. and pool toys are supplied.
Coast/Beach
Calpe is our closest beach taking 15 mins drive and fairly easy parking. All our other local beaches such as Javea, Moraira and denia are all beautiful and sandy. All these resorts have many restaurants, bars and shops.
Golf
Several local golf courses are available both 9 and 18 hole within 20/25 mins drive from the apartment. All details available on request.
Travel
Alicante Airport is closest and Valencia only slighty further away, 50 mins and 75 mins repsectfully. Both airports have a short link onto the motorway and we are less than 5km from us. We supply full instructions and a phone number to enable to find quick and easy. Car hire is really essential to get the best out of your holiday, but we can arrange airport pick ups.
Distances
Jalon is the closest village approx 1.5km then Lliber a little further through the grapevines. There are many places of interest and we do supply brochures for all these. From the old prision in Alcalali to Guadalest, the village in the mountain and from the Algar waterfalls to Benidorm with its good nightlife and great beaches, theme and water parks, there is always something to do. The Jalon Valley boasts many good restaurants and wine bodega's at exceptionally good prices.
Further details
This is a holiday where you just sunbathe in peace or enjoy eating and drinking out, to enjoying the many of interest to see and do. General shop hours are approx 9.30 am to 1.30pm and 4.30pm to 8pm, supermarkets are the exception opening all day till late in peak season. These also sell some English food and in Jalon there is a very good Quicksave Store near the news agent.
Booking notes
25% deposit is required with booking. The balance of rental is payable 6 wks before arrival date together with a refundable deposit of £100. Payment by cheque to a UK address is cheapest way to pay but we can arrange for you to pay through paypal.
