We would like to welcome you to our property Casa Carolina and hope that you have an enjoyable holiday. We live locally so are available if any assistance is required during your stay. Casa Carolina is a detached villa that sleeps upto 6 people + one cot. The villa is located in Chiclana de la Frontera on the beautiful Costa de la Luz. The accommodation consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge/dining room and fully equipped modern kitchen. The rear of the property boasts an 8m x 4m swimming pool, to the rear of the property you will find a shaded area with table and seating for 6 plus a BBQ. To the front of the property is an additional shaded seating area, further garden and car parking. The garden is enclosed by a wall for total privacy. The property is 2-3 mins drive from the beautiful La Barrosa beach and top class golf courses. Walking distance to beach in 20-25 mins. The property is powered by a solar electric system.

Notes on prices
Prices shown are for the property per week in euros for up to 6 guests and one baby. Please note a 250 euros damage deposit is required with final balance. A generous welcome pack is included. A cot, highchair and potty are included in the price. Electricity and gas are included. Cleaning on changeover day is included. No hidden charges. We accept payment in euros by bank transfer.
Changeover day
Changeover days are flexible. Arrival time is after 4pm and departure time is before 11am (We will always try and make the property available for longer if no other guests are arriving).

| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
House towels and bedlinen are included and are changed once a week. Beach towels are not included. Beds are made up for your arrival. The property is cleaned on changeover day. |

To the rear of the property is an 8m x 4m private swimming pool with Roman steps and lights. The garden is grassed. Sun lounges are provided. Garden parasols are provided. There is a shaded eating area with large wooden table and seating for 6. There are garden lights. BBQ is also provided. A rotary clothes dryer is provided. To the front of the property is a further shaded eating area, gravelled area and room for up to 2 cars. The garden is enclosed by a wall for total privacy.
Coast/Beach
The nearby beautiful La Barrosa Beach, one of the finest beaches in Spain can be reached in 2-3 mins by car or by taking a leisurely 25 minute stroll through the protected pine forest. La Barrosa beach with its clean sand stretches 8km along the Atlantic Ocean. It has 2 sections, 1 developed (offering numerous services) and the other natural. Also close by you can find secluded coves. Joining La Barrosa is the Sancti Petri marina, here you can also find water sports centres and take boat trip.
Golf
For golf enthusiasts there is the Novo Sancti Petri Golf Club, which has two 18-hole courses and is a 2-minute car journey from Casa Carolina. There are many other top class golf courses a short drive from the property.
Travel
The nearest airport is Jerez which is approx 40 mins drive away from the property. Seville and Gibraltar airports are approx 1½ hours drive away. Malaga airport is approx. 2 and a half hours drive. Car hire is highly recommended.
Distances
The nearest beach is approx 3 mins drive. The nearest golf course is 2 mins. drive. The town of Chiclana de la Frontera is around 10 mins drive. Nearest restaurants and shops are a couple of minutes by car.
Further details
The villa lies in a quiet area of Chiclana called Pago Melilla a short distance from the upmarket area of Novo Sancti Petri with its top class hotels and restaurants. Also close by is the Novo Commercial Centre where you can find a good selection of restaurants, a variety of shops, small supermarket, bank, cash machines, telephones, chemist, car hire companies and bars. There is also a private medical centre very close by. We the owners live locally and are only a phone call away should any problems arise.
Booking notes
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance is payable 6 weeks before the start of your holiday. A 250 euros damage deposit is payable with final balance (the damage deposit is returned at the end of your holiday if the property is left in good order with no damage) Method of payment is by bank transfer. Short breaks are available at quieter times please ask for prices (min. 3 night stay). A generous welcome pack is included in the price.
