Coast/Beach
The popular town of Torrevieja is less than 10 mins drive from the property where you will find all the hustle and bustle that you need along with a street market and fantastic shops/restaurants. Guardamar, famous for its 14km of sandy white beaches and blue seas is only a 15 mins drive.

Both Alicante and Murcia Airport are only a 30 mins drive from the complex as it is just mins from the motorway. Car hire is essential and there is private parking at the villa.
Distances
You will find the typically Spanish towns of Montesinos and San Miguel de Salinas within a few mins drive of the property and also the vast fresh water carp fishing lakes situated in the surrounding mountains.
Further details
Alicante town is ideal for that perfect shopping trip and you will find a lovely harbour to admire whilst you dine at one of the many restuarants. For a fun day out it is well worth a drive to the famous town of Benidorm which will take aprox 60/90 mins. You will be spoilt for choice with the water park, theme park and animal park or just simply relax on the beautiful beach where you will also find a number of activities taking place. Banks, shops and restaurants are available in the local towns to the Villa and Carrefours large hypermarket is located in Torrevieja.
Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure a booking and the whole amount is required 6 weeks before the visit. We will also require a refundable damage deposit of £100.00.
