Prices are for the property are in UK Pounds, per week and all inclusive. Although the property will sleep 4 people, it is ideally suited for two people, especially on lettings over a week.

Changeover day
Saturday on arrival with access to apartment after 2pm. Apartment to be vacated by 10am. This can be flexible off season if booking permit.

Living Rooms: Lounge has a 3 seater sofa bed, sideboard, nest of tables, TV unt and lobby table.
DVD & CD player with stereo radio and cassette.
Ceiling mounted 3 speed fan.
Other: Terrace with panoramic sea view, table chairs and parasol.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Linen and bath towels are included. Apartment cleaned prior and after each let. You will need to supply your own Beach Towels.

This is a non smoking apartment, although we allow smoking on the outside terrace.

Travel
Malaga Airport is 20 mins drive away by car. There is also a 30 mins train service from the airport to Los Boliches train station.

Distances
Everything you need to make your holiday relaxing and enjoyable is within 5 mins walk, including restaurants, shops, beach bars and even a pharmacy. The Los Boliches High Street has tapas bars, banks, covered market and much more.

Booking notes
25% deposit to secure the booking. Balance, together with a £200 refundable security deposit, due 8wks prior to departure. All to be paid via bank to bank transfer (BACS).
The apartment is non-smoking, although smoking is
permitted on the terrace.
Minimum age of booking client is 25 years.
Not suitable for children under 10 years, due to not having a bath (has a walk in shower) and being on the 6th floor.
