The house has a generous size swimming pool with a paved surround. A particularly attractive feature of the villa is its 2 outside patio areas, 1 at the front and another at the back, both with plenty of tables and chairs for outside eating. There is a gas butane barbecue.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beaches are about 10 miles from the villa.
Travel
Valencia airport 'Manises' is located about 15 miles from the villa.
It is possible to manage without a car. There is a rapid and reliable bus service to and from Valencia. Also, the local supermarket will deliver provisions.
Further details
There are numerous fascinating places to explore on day trips. The famous medieval village of Albarracin, the beautiful natural hot river of the spa town of Montanejos, some of the most important Roman ruins in Europe at Sagunto and excellent easy rambling in the low hills and 'huertas' and more demanding walks in hillier country.
