Not ideal for wheelchair users as property is split over two levels.

The property features two terraces, with patio table and four sun loungers. Landscaped gardens with waterfalls and mature trees and plants leading down swimming pool complex with a 25 m shaped pool, separate childrens paddling pool, shower and toilet facilites.
Coast/Beach
Quiet beach located within easy walking distance in the picturesque bay with historic tower ruins, good for swimming and snorkelling. Two beach restaurants/bar with excellent choice of food.
Golf
Estepona Golf Club and Duquesa Golf Club approximately 5 minutes drive. Several quality golf courses located within 30 minutes drive.
Skiing
Sierra Nevada mountains are just over 2 hours drive away and are beautiful in the winter and the summer.
Travel
The property benefits from easy access to both Malaga and Gibraltar airports. Malaga airport is approximatley 45 minutes east with Gibraltar airport 25 minutes west. There are special car rates available.
Distances
Located between Duquesa and Estepona in the quaint village of Sabinillas. The hustle and bustle of Marbella and Porta Banus is a short 15 minute drive East. Whilst the splendours of Granada, Sevilla and Jerez are less than two hours away. North Africa can be reached by a one hour ferry ride from Terife. Many day out excusions can be arranged locally.

Upon arrival you will be welcomed with a meet and greet service, where all the facilities will be explained together with a welcoming pack by our local representive.

25% Booking deposit required. Payment cash transfer or cheque. Full payment required 21 days prior arrival, or full payment upfront. A 100 euro Breakage Deposit is required on arrival.
