La Esquina. The villa is located down a private road off the Mijas-Fuengirola road and is completely enclosed. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There is a terrace all around the villa with a BBQ area. The garden is very secluded with mature shrubs and trees and a swimming pool. There are stunning views of the coast (at the front) and mountains (at the rear of the site).

Notes on accommodation
The modern studio flat has a fully equipped kitchen with fitted oven, hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave etc, plus a shower room with toilet and washbasin. There is a Queen size bed and a small double sofa bed (4 feet wide would sleep one adult or two children) plus cot available on request. There is a separate entrance and private patio. There is also a small TV and video player.
Accessibility
Villa La Esquina could be considered 'wheelchair friendly' as it is surrounded by terraces which are on one level. The pool area is however on a separate level.
Outside
The terraces that surround the villa are fully equipped with BBQ and outdoor furniture to facilitate outdoor living. There is access to the terraces from inside the villa from living room, kitchen and master bedroom. The pool is 10 x 5 metres. It is set in mature gardens with shade provided by a variety of trees including lemon, orange and avocado, and is surrounded by lawns. The property is very secluded.
Coast/Beach
Distance to nearest beach is Los Boliches/Fuegirola approximately 3km. The coastal highway is just a couple of kilometres away and connects to all the coastal towns and beaches.
Golf
There are 63 golf courses in the area. The nearest course Mijas Golf is approx 5km. Other courses nearby include, Alhaurin Golf, La Chaparral, La Cala, Paloma Torre Blanco and Laura Golf - Valderama is 20 mins.
Travel
Bus route between Fuengirola (where there is a train station) and Mijas is a short walk away. Nearest airport is Malaga 20 minutes drive by car. There is a train service from the airport at Malaga all along the coast.
Distances
Mijas Village 3km. Fuengirola 3km. Ronda & Nerja: 1.5 hours drive. Roman baths Estepona 45 mins by car. Gibraltar 1.5 hours by car. Granada (Alhambra) 2 hrs by car. All the above take longer by bus but excursions are available.

The supermarkets, banks, restaurants, markets and tourist information are easily accessible in Mijas, Fuengirola and the many coastal villages and towns of the Costa del Sol.
Booking notes
A 25% deposit upon undiscounted bookings is required with the remainder due not less than 8 weeks prior to commencement of rental period. For last minute' bookings i.e. within 8 weeks prior to rental period we expect full payment at time of booking.
