Spacious detached villa in an elevated position with glorious views over the Jalon Valley. The villa has an extremely spacious balconied pool terrace and private pool with Roman steps. The pool terrace has a high wall on 2 sides so consequently this property has a very private sunbathing terrace and is not overlooked by other properties. The gardens are landscaped and this is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the views. The property is approached by a driveway and steps and the front entrance opens into a covered naya sitting area. Through from here into the sitting room with dining area and separate modern fitted kitchen. French doors open from the dining area directly on to the pool terrace where there is also a covered dining area under a large awning for "al fresco" dining. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has its own private balcony. The property is well-equipped, air conditioned and has a security alarm.

Living Rooms: Sitting room with leather suite, air conditioning, TV with 20 digital satellite television channels including UK terrestrial channels and Sky Movies/Sky Sports. Dining area with french doors opening on to the pool terrace.
Other: A naya, a covered and enclosed terrace, at the front of the villa with conservatory cane seating. The property has a security alarm for your peace of mind.

linen/maid service:
Towels and linen are included and are changed weekly for stays of 2 weeks plus.
We will meet you on arrival and show you around the villa, ensuring you are familiar with how the property functions as well as tell you about the local area.

Accessibility
The property has a very steep driveway and steps up the property so will not be suitable for the infirm.

Outside
Large awning over one side of the villa on the pool terrace with dining table and chairs under for 6 persons, great for dining al fresco. Additional dining area in courtyard garden with stone table and benches. Sun loungers and sun chairs for 6 persons. Stone built BBQ. The pool is 8m x 4m with an additional area of roman steps and is private to the villa. The pool terrace is screened by high walls so consequently this property offers totally private sunbathing not overlooked by other properties.

Coast/Beach
20 mins drive to the nearest beaches, Calpe, Moraira and Javea. Further afield, Denia and Oliva offer miles of unspoilt and less "touristy" beaches.

Golf
There are many golf courses on the northern Costa Blanca to suit all abilities. We are golfers ourselves and are delighted to make recommendations and supply further details of green fees, handicap requirements where applicable and tee-time booking procedures on request.

Travel
Alicante and Valencia airports are approximately 75 mins drive from the villa. Car hire is recommended if you want to explore areas away from the villa.

Distances
Beaches within 20 mins drive. Jalon town 1 to 2kms walk or a short few minute drive with superb choice of restaurants, bars, shops, coffee bars, internet cafe. Jalon Valley rustic restaurants within a 10 minute drive radius, excellent food, lots of choice, good prices. Good supermarkets 10 minutes drive.

Further details
Taste the local wine at the bodegas in Jalon town. Saturday morning "rastro" bric-a-bric market. Mountain walking, or valley strolling for the not so energetic.
Coastal attractions at Javea, Moraira, Calpe, shops, restaurants, bars as well as good beaches. Benidorms Terra Mitica Theme Park 30 mins drive.

Booking notes
A deposit of 25% is required to confirm your booking. The balance is payable 8 weeks before arrival. Security damages deposit £150, refundable within 10 working days of your departure. We are able to accept payment by credit card using Paypal.
