Finca Las Encinas is a beautifully restored rural finca with many traditional features comprised of a house with three bedrooms and an annex with a luxury suite. It offers its guests peace and tranquility in its natural gardens with mature oaks, olives and fruit trees, private pool and lots of terracing.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week are in Euros and include bed linen, towels (but please bring your own pool/beach towels), electricity and gas. Underfloor heating is NOT included. Discounts available if booking two or more weeks outside high season.
Changeover day
Saturday preferred but can be flexible outside high season.

Further details
Iznajar has lots of bars, restaurants, banks and supermarkets as well as a nightclub. The supermarkets is 15 mins drive away, the hypermarkets are within 30 minutes. The beach has its own bar/restaurant and it's possible to hire canoes, dinghies and pedaloes.

25% non returnable deposit on confirmation of booking.
Balance plus a breakages deposit of 200 euros payable 8 weeks before the start of the vacation.
