| Living Rooms: | The living room has 2 large sofas and an armchair with a big coffee table in front of the attractive fireplace. There is also a hi-fi system and TV with the full range of sky channels as well as a a DVD player with a film selection. |
| Other: | The dining room has a large wooden table that seats 8 people. There is also a separate study area with internet access. The living rooms open on to the spacious veranda and BBQ area where there are tables and chairs for al fresco dining. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
The whole villa is cleaned once a week. All towels and bed linen are provided and cleaned on a weekly basis. This can be done more frequently should you wish. |

Outside
There is a private swimming pool with a hot tub and attractive surrounding garden. The pool is surrounded by several sun loungers and there is further patio furniture on the balcony. built in BBQ on veranda.
Coast/Beach
There is an attractive Mediterranean beach cove with restaurant 20 mins walk away. The villa looks across a valley to a lagoon which is about 10 mins away by car.
Golf
La Manga Club has 3 world renowned golf courses all within 5 mins drive of the villa.
Special interest holidays
The villa is situated next door to the world class tennis facilities at La Manga. The tennis club has both clay and hard courts with excellent coaching staff. There are also opportunities to play squash, bowls and deck-tennis or to make use of the gym, sauna and spa.
Travel
Murcia International Airport has good connections to the UK, including low cost airlines and is 30 mins away by car.
Alicante Airport is about 70 mins drive and has a greater number of connections to Europe. Car hire is recommended, however, there is a bus service to La Manga Club so a car is not essential.
Further details
La Manga Club has plenty of good restaurants and good shopping and banking facilities.
