Modern, spacious villa , situated in Novo Sancti Petri, Cadiz. Just a 14 mins walk to beach (you don't have to drive)just past the shopping Center and resturants. The garden has a spacious patio ideal for sun bathing and BBQ's. There is a swimming pool 8m x 4m. The garden has an open vista on one side where there is a field and some trees so there is a feeling of real space and tranquility. The Novo golf course (36 holes) is only 8 mins walk to club house. This villa offers privacy but not isolation and Sky TV. Tennis, horse riding and 9 hole par 3 golf are within 7 min walk.

Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. It is also possible to rent the Villa for long weekends only. There are discounts available for lets over three weeks contact owner for details. Bike rental is £15 per week for all 3 bikes (2 adult & 1 childs bike 6-10 years).
Changeover day
Preferred changeover day is Saturday, this is flexible outside peak season. Arrival time after 3pm. Departure time before 11am.

Notes on accommodation
There is air conditioning in the master bedroom and the living room. There is also a travel cot provided. Sky TV is installed but for free channels only. If you require subscription channels you can bring your own sky box and card for use. Bedroom windows are fitted with mosquito nets.
Outside
The secluded walled garden is not overlooked and has secure intercom access and a 8m x 4m private swimming pool. Large patio areas for lounging, BBQ's and dining. Lawned area with trees which are good for shade. The large front porch offers shade from the sun and there is a large wooden table and 6 chairs. There is a patio at the rear of the property, where there is a table and 4 chairs.There are 4 loungers by the pool and an outside shower. Children must be supervised while in or around the pool.
Coast/Beach
The beautiful La Barossa beach has 8km of sand and is only 14 mins walk away or less than 3 mins in the car.
Golf
There is a 36 hole golf course (designed by Seve Balisteros) 8 mins walk away and a of 9 hole course and driving range 6 mins away. Golf Melia and Golf Loma both 18 hole courses are 5 min drive and Club de Golf Campano 10 mins drive.
Travel
Jerez Airport 30 miles. Seville 85 miles. Gibraltar 65 miles.
Distances
Chiclana is the nearest town 4 miles, which has a population of 60,000 and Cadiz is 10 miles away, Jerez is 25 miles away.
Further details
The shopping centre and the beach are within 12 mins walk away. The centre contains numerous shops, restaurants and pubs. The world class 36 hole golf course designed by Seve Balisteros is only 8 mins walk away and the tennis and horse riding centres are only 6 mins walk away.
Novo Sancti Petri: The whole estate was started in 1991 incorporating hotels along the beach, central shopping centres, limited and well-spaced residential developments, and plenty of open space for the golf course and other activities. Though completely purpose built as a resort, it does have style and is clearly aimed for the better end of the market.
The climate here is much more bearable than the searing heat of the Mediterranean Costas. It is comparable to that of the Algarve and the perpetual and sometimes quite strong Atlantic breezes keep temperatures in check.
Market/Suitability: Predominantly an area favoured by Spanish tourists from Madrid and the N of the country but only for the high season months of July and Aug. The rest of the summer season is mainly couples and families seeking an escape from Spain's louder resorts. Also popular with golfers, serious sporting types and nature lovers.
Beaches: La Barrosa Beach comprises 6miles of fine golden sand. The S part at Novo Sancti Petri itself has deliberately been left in its natural state, complete with its backing of dunes and tufted grasses. Farther N in front of the La Barrosa apartment complexes, it is more developed with showers, lifeguards and a 1,000-yd promenade lined with bars and 'chiringuitos' (beachfront eateries). Beyond this at right angles lies the separate, 1¼ ml-long beach of Sancti Petri Village which combines dunes with beach bars and restaurants.
Entertainments: Daytime: plenty for the serious sportsperson including 36-hole golf course designed by Seve Ballesteros; horse riding; tennis and paddle-tennis centre; quad bikes and go-karts; cycling; rambling; water sports of all types including sailing.
Booking notes
To book, a booking form and rental contract must be returned with a deposit of 20%. Final payments and a security deposit are required 5 weeks before departure. The security deposit of £200 is not banked and is returned or destroyed providing the property is left in good order.The keys and directions are sent by recorded delivery 7-10 days before departure.
