Saturday 10.00 am (outgoing guests). Saturday 4.00pm (incoming guests).It is essential that guests adhere to these times, to enable us to prepare for incoming guests.

Notes on accommodation
2 large open nayas on 1st floor with wonderful views of the valley. With BBQ and ample seating. All bedrooms on ground floor with direct access to patio and pool. Stunning all round mountain views situated in a non-urbanized area. With no passing traffic yet convenient to local amenities and beaches a perfect family location. Safe and secure parking. Quite very peaceful yet only a 2 min drive from banks shops bars etc Flat plot suitable for the elderly with various private areas.
Outside
Large garden very private, not overlooked. Secure parking, large heated pool at additional cost. The pool and terrace are walled and gated (lockable) The entire grounds are fenced and gated therefore very suitable for children.
Coast/Beach
The beaches of Calpe, 12min drive Moraira 15min drive and Javea a 25 minute drive. The beaches and theme parks of Benidorm being only a 20 min drive such as Terra Mitica, Aqualandia, Seaworld and the newly opened Terra Natura.
Golf
Golf can be found locally at Javea, La Sella and Moraira. With as many as 9 courses within a 15-50min drive.
Special interest holidays
Horse riding can be arranged locally by us (experienced riders only). Hacking out, private lessons, etc.
Travel
Valencia & Alicante airports are both a 1 hour drive. Car hire is essential.
Distances
The typically spanish villages of Lliber and Jalon are 1km - 3km away. Life here is very tranquil throughout the whole year, one can find banks supermarkets shops a twice weekly market bodegas and as many as 50 bars and restaurants offering a wide range of cuisines and prices. As close as you can get to the real spain but still very close to holiday attractions.
Further details
Most activities such as golf, horseriding, karting and wine tasting can be found locally. The lively resorts of Calpe and Javea a short drive where many restaurants and bars can be found.

A 30% deposit is required on booking. Balance 12 weeks prior to arrival. 300 euros returnable damage deposit will be required prior to arrival.

Hi, My name is Mike, I and my wife Sarah have owned Casa Ricardo for 8 years it was our family home for 3 years on returning to the UK we have rented for 5 successful years, the villa and guests are looked after by our friends Alex and Steve who have lived in Jalon for 10 years and who speak both English and Spanish Casa Ricardo being the only villa they manage therefore they can provide a very efficient and caring approach to your needs. Casa Ricardo is a very large and totally secluded villa the views from every window are stunning if a peaceful holiday is your wish then Casa Ricardo is right for you!

The villa is very large and elegant its position is not only stunning but also very close to all amenities we bought the villa for these reasons so many villas are in urbanisations,noisy and busy whereas Casa Ricardo is for us paradise!
