Completed in 2004 in a pleasant newly developed residential area. The villa has a lounge with satellite TV, dining area, outside terrace, fully equipped new for 2007 American kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, 2 with terrace and sleeps a family of 6. Outside we have an 8x4m pool with roman steps, shower, BBQ, pergola, tables chairs etc. The villa is South facing and is bathed in sun from dawn to dusk. We have 5 villas all located within La Marina, if this villa is fully booked please phone and we will guide you to our web site where all villas can be viewed. We are making alterations to the villa at the moment, a new American kitchen and Roman pool steps are being added to the property, new pictures will be placed as soon as the work is completed around end January.

Changeover day
Generally on a Saturday but flexible. Due to changeover Checkout by 12 noon, Checkin from 4pm. For availability click Owners website, the calander is live.

5 minutes by car will take you to the blue flag beaches of La Marina a 5km stretch of sandy coastline, the local beach sports a restaurant/bar.

Rojales 10 minutes, Las Ramblas, Villa Martin, Campoamar 20 minutes.
Travel
La Marina is located 25 minutes south of Alicante city and airport, 20 minutes north of the busy sea side resort of Torrevieja and 40 minutes from Murcia airport, we offer a Taxi service if required from both Alicante and Murcia airports, we do however recommend the hire of a car to take full advantage of your stay.

Local amenities: Large supermarket [4 minute walk] further supermarkets, national health doctor, pharmacy, dentist, newsagents and bus stops generally a few minutes walk.
Eating out: You will find a wide range of bars and restaurants in La Marina and the surrounding areas such as Guardamar, Santa Pola, Alicante and Torrevieja. Places to visit such as Terra Mitica theme park and Aqualandia water park are a good day out to all age groups, located to the east of Benidorm and a little less than an hours drive from La Marina.

A £100 deposit is taken at point of booking to lock down dates, the balance is due 5 weeks prior to flying. A £100 security payment will be required along with balance, this sum will be returned [see conditions of rental].
