This property is situated on the beautiful Spanish Costa Blanca in the city of Quesada. It is comfortably furnished with a fitted American style kitchen with all the modern facilities. It has a lovely sun terrace overlooking a private pool. Communal pool is 40 metres away. This property is owned by a university lecturer and a senior midwife- rental standard- 'excellent'.

Bathrooms: WC, bathroom with bath/shower, wash basin, bathroom heater, bathroom cupboard for storage facilites.
Kitchen: 4 ring cooker, clothes dryer, freezer, fridge, kichenette, microwave, with all utensils.
Utility Room: In outside courtyard there is a washing machine, and there is maidens on the solarium.
The courtyard also has a canopy for those people wishing to rest out of the sun.
Living Rooms: Lounge with a 3 seater settee and a 2 seater settee. Sky Satellite TV.
Other: This villa has a spacious solarium with plenty of room for the sunbeds provided and is south facing - so the villa gets the sun all day.
Renters must provide their own sheets and towels- linen service not provided.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
The property is inspected and cleaned prior to arrival, the swimming pool is cleaned twice weekly in peak. Guests are expected to leave it clean.
Renters must provide their own bed linen and towels- linen service is not provided.

 

Notes on accommodation
Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and there are a number of portable fans should they be needed.

Outside
This property has table and chairs in the courtyard and pool area. Sunbeds are available. Swimming pool is 6.5m x 5.5m. Barbecue facilites are available. There are also sunbeds provided on the solarium
The shared pool or communal pool is very close to the villa.

Coast/Beach
There are number of beaches within driving distance. The nearest is Guardamar which is a blue flag beach and is 10 minutes drive away.

Golf
Quesada golf course (18 holes) is only 5 minutes drive away and a number of top courses are within driving distance. For example - Villamartin 18 holes, Las Ramblas 18 holes, Real Club de Campoamor 18 holes.

Special interest holidays
There are many historical places to visit especially the ancient city of Cartagena. Benidorm and La Manga can be reached easily by major motorways. Murcia with its aray of new shops is easily accessible by car.

Travel
Alicante airport is 40km away. Murcia airport is 30km away.
Car hire or use of a car is essential.

Distances
Torrevieja is 15 minutes drive away and is a busy town. There is a water park also in Quesada and a larger one in Torrevieja. The medieval city of Cartagena is about 30-40 minutes drive away.

Further details
There are a number of different restaurants to choose from and bars. There are banks and supermarkets and medical clinics including a pharmacy. An aqaupark is within walking distance and only 5 minutes drive away.
