Changeover day
Saturday is main changeover day. Villa to be vacated by 12.00 midday on dep day or later by arrangement. Cleaners require access to bedrooms etc from 10am to enable change of linen/cleaning for new arrivals, villa available usually by 2pm.

Main accommodation is accessed by 6 steps front, side and back but then all one level with exception of dorms which have separate access down to underbuild via stairway. Double french doors between lounge and D/Glazed arched veranda allow easy wheelchair access into lounge. 2xchild's buggiess are also provided foc.

600qm. fabulous south facing open veranda for all day sunbathing. Built in BBQ to rear leading to kitchen. 10 sunbeds and various sets of patio furniture + parasols. 10x5m private pool inc tennis net, pool rackets. Poolside shower. Coast/Beach
Guardamar beach (stretching 15-20kms) is only 15 mins drive. Town of Catral 10-15 mins walk or 2 mins drive. Historic town of Elche 10-15 mins drive. Alicante 25-30 mins. Torrivieja 20-25 mins and Benidorm approx 50 mins. Many other beaches accessible within 15-30 mins drive.
Golf
The villa is located in a golfers paradise with ten 18 hole golf clubs within 30 mins drive(most within 15 mins)Also a very challenging 9 hole pitch/putt within 10 mins drive.3 full sets of golf clubs are in villa and are available free of charge..3,4,7,10 and 14 day All inclusive golfing holiday packages are planned for 2009(to include transport to/from clubs and airport.local beers/wines/spirits,full english breakfast and evening meals,cost details available on request.Villa is particularly suitable for large groups sleeping up to 15 persons maximum.additional nearby accommodation also available for larger groups

The property is situated within a plateau but is near to the Callosa mountain range and therefore facilitates walks and/or biking routes for both the leisurely and the more adventurous. 4 bicycles and 6 sets of golf clubs are provided FOC. Additional bikes can be arranged at extra cost. Travel
Airports - Alicante 25-30 mins. Murcia 30-35 mins (Please note: toll road to pay from/to Murcia). Valencia 2hrs. Benidorm 50 mins. Times are approximate. Car hire advisable but can be arranged at approx cost of £10 per day(subject 2 availability,season and exchange rate). Airport transfer available at an additional cost.
Further details
Banks, cafes etc within 10-15 mins walk into Catral town. There are a number of bars/discos within walking distance in Catral and a short drive to nearby towns of Dolores (10 mins), Torrevieja (25 mins), Elche (15 mins) all having an abundance of entertainment, late bars and discos. The weekly rates include air con and/or heating (please use sensibly) and safety deposit box. Food/drink welcome packs and airport transfers can be arranged at extra cost.
