Outside
9m x 4m private pool with small spring board. Large terrace area around pool. Roof terrace and garden terrace outside bedrooms on lower level. Pool can be heated at an extra cost. Please note the pool cannot be heated between the months of December and March.
Coast/Beach
5-10 minute walk down to the beautiful bay of Sa Riera or a couple of minutes drive in the car. Stunning beach with a couple of small cafes and shops.
Golf
There are a number of golf courses within close proximity to the house, including the championship Emporada course.
Skiing
2 hours from Val de Nuria and 2 and half hours from La Molina and Masalla.
Travel
Girona airport is a 45 minutes drive and Barcelona airport is an hour and 30 minutes.
Distances
The town of Begur is a 5 minute drive away and the village of Sa-Riera a 5 minute walk. Being in the heart of Catalonia the villa has the best of both worlds, mountain and sea. There is a wealth of sport available including golf, cycling, quadbiking, snorkeling and even skiing in the Pyrenees in the winter months. It is surrounded by historical places of interest including the medieval towns of Pals and Peretallada and city of Girona is definitely worth a visit. There are many beautiful bays.
Further details
There is a good size supermarket in Sa Riera, together with some very good restaurants. In Begur you can find a number of banks, restaurants and supermarkets together with some very pleasant cafes in the square.

On confirmation of booking a deposit of 25% is required. Full payment is due 8 weeks prior to the booking, for which an invoice will be sent.
