Situated in the first class area of Quesada, within the sought after urbanisation of Dona Pepa, the property represents first class accommodation at affordable rates. Ciudad Quesada is on Spain's Costa Blanca close to Torrevieja, Guadamar del Segura and Rojales. The property is south facing overlooking the beautiful communal swimming pool with lanscaped gardens, with front and rear terraces plus a good size balcony off the Master Bedroom, there are plenty of outside areas for either dining al fresco or topping up your tan.

Outside
The house overlooks the community swimming pool.
There is a level paved front and back garden with BBQ, sunloungers, table and chairs etc., The front garden has a large terrace, the main bedroom has a large balcony which overlooks the community pool, also the guest bedroom upstairs has a balcony.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beaches are a 10 minute drive. The Costa Blanca area around Torrevieja has some of the best beaches in Europe. It has 7 EU blue flag beaches. These vary from the very active beaches with a full range of water sports, activities & services to secluded rocky and sandy coves.
All of the major beaches have first aid posts and most have refreshment areas.
Golf
If you fancy a round of golf Quesada has its own golf course La Marquesa. The superb golf course La Finca is nearby. Some of the best golf courses in Spain are a 10/15 minute drive away, La Finca, Villamartin, Las Ramblas, Campoamor etc.
Travel
The main airports for the area are within easy travelling distance, Alicante 25 mins and Murcia (San Javier)is around 35 mins (approx). Car Hire is advisable to be able to explore the lovely surrounding areas/beaches, although it is not essential.
Distances
There are several bars and restaurants in Dona Pepa that are within walking distance from the house. There is a well developed and buzzing 'high street' in 'Old Town Quesada' providing all the facilities that you would expect, within 20 mins walking distance of the house.
Further details
Ciudad Quesada is on Spain's Costa Blanca close to
Torrevieja, Guadamar del Segura and Rojales. Dona Pepa has its own luxury Spa hotel, which is well worth a day visit for a pamper. Benidorm is approx 50 mins and has the famous theme park 'Terra Mittica' which is excellent.
The towns of Alicante, Elche, Murcia, La Manga, Cartengena are all easily accessible by car.

Bookings can be taken by telephone or email or fax.
A £100 booking fee is required to confirm your booking. The balance is due 6 weeks prior to departure. Keys will be sent to you. On departure A charge for cleaning will be made.
