Extensive lovely views overlooking the farmlands and fincas of the ‘Huerta’ in the foreground, with the mountains of the Sierra del Crevillent to the North, and towards the coast at La Marina and Guardamar to the East and South. Close to the towns of Algorfa, Almoradi, Catral and Elche, the apartment provides ideal accommodation when visiting friends and relatives in this area, or for a relaxing holiday near the lovely beaches of the Costa Blanca and superb golf courses.

Pro rata daily charge for rentals other than full weeks, but a £30 admin/cleaning charge is made for rentals of less than 1 week.
Each week is priced at the rate for the month in which the week starts.
Changeover day
Changeover days flexible, subject to availability. Arrival after 3.00pm and departure before 10.00am to allow for cleaning. Exception can be made if no consecutive bookings.

Accessibility
Gently sloping ramps provided at entrance steps and lift access to all floors. Wide corridors and level marble and tiled floors throughout. Assistance would be necessary for wheelchair access to the roof area.
Outside
Terrace off living room with table and chairs for 4 plus 2 double benches. Easy access by lift or stairs to large private solarium with table and chairs for 4 plus 2 sunbeds with cushions, sunshade and large built in barbecue. Water supply and own shower. Shared use of roof-top pool.
Coast/Beach
Soft sandy beaches at La Marina and Guardamar (both 15/20 minutes drive), and Santa Pola (20/25 minutes). The beach at La Marina is unspoilt with pine woods behind, and has 2 cafes, beach bars, children's play area, and surveillance in season.
Golf
Nearby top quality courses include La Finca 10-15 minutes away at Algorfa. Others up to 30 minutes away are Las Ramblas, Campoamar, Villamartin and La Marquesa.
Travel
30 minutes from both Alicante and Murcia airports with frequent flights by Easyjet, Flybe, Thompsonfly, Ryanair and others. We recommend hiring a car for pick-up at the airport, but can otherwise arrange a taxi transfer.
Distances
Many interesting small towns & villages within easy reach. Nearby larger towns are Elche 20 minutes, Alicante 35 mins, Murcia 45 mins, Torrevieja 30 mins, Cartagena approx 90 minutes.
Further details
Dolores offers a wide range of supermarkets and small shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, banks, cash points and and internet cafes. Celebrations and festivals are regular features in this traditional Spanish community, and spectacular firework displays can often be seen from the roof terrace.
In August, the Feria de Agosto comes to Dolores - one of the most important festivals of its kind in Spain, this features a Spanish Horse Contest and other games and activities for over 1,500 horses.
The surrounding area is quiet and unspoilt, with El Hondo nature reserve a few minutes away, and lemon, orange and pomegranate groves nearby. Other livelier attractions are not far away and families with children will find plenty to do.

Booking by telephone or e-mail. £100 deposit to secure booking, balance due 6 weeks before start date. Bookings within 6 weeks of start date to be paid in full on booking. £75 returnable security deposit against breakages is also required.
