Casa Naranjales is a detached villa with a private pool situated in an easily accessible yet quiet location on the lower slopes of Monte Pego. There are magnificent panoramic views from the terrace and pool across orange groves, and the valley, to the town of Pego and the mountains beyond. This bustling market town is just 2 miles away and provides shops, supermarkets and family restaurants. The coast and nearest sandy beach are a 10 min drive away and there are many more in the local area. The villa itself is comfortably furnished and fully equipped to a very high standard. The accommodation, terrace, pool and drive are all on one level. The terrace is a good size, partially covered to provide adequate shade from the hot sun and equipped for both al fresco dining and sunbathing. Notes on prices
Prices shown are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Additional days may be possible pro rata, please enquire. I can also accept payment by credit card. This would be via Paypal and is secure but there would be a 4% additional cost for this service.
Changeover day
Changeover day is usually Saturday but other days are often possible. please enquire. The villa is managed by a local English couple who are close to hand should you experience any problems. Guests are requested to arrive after 4pm and vacate by 10am.

| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
The villa is cleaned between lets and all linen changed. Towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels. Additional cleaning & linen change can be arranged and paid locally. |
Notes on accommodation
The villa is all on one level & the terrace area is enclosed making it suitable for young children.
Guests are requested to refrain from smoking inside the villa.
Accessibility
The villa is all on one level so there are no stairs. There is space to park 2 cars on the drive immediately outside the front door.
Outside
There is an 8x4m kidney shaped pool for the sole use of guests. The terrace is a good size, partially covered to provide adequate shade from the hot sun and is furnished with a table & 6 chairs; sun loungers are also provided. There is a brick built BBQ area with lighting and a sink. The pool is maintained by a local company who make regular visits to ensure it always remains clean.
The villa has its own drive with sufficient parking for 2 cars.
Coast/Beach
The whole area of the Northern Costa Blanca offers miles of beautiful sandy beaches including Denia, Oliva, Javea, Moraira & Calpe; many have Blue Flag awards. The nearest beach is 3 miles away and is an easy 10 min drive.
Golf
Club de Golf Oliva Nova: 18 holes, par 72, designed by Severiano Ballesteros. 10 min drive.
Club de Golf 'La Sella': 18 holes, par 72, designed by Jose Maria Olazabal. 20 min drive.
Campo de Golf El Saler: 18 holes, par 72, designed by Javier Arana. Voted 2nd best course in Europe by Golf World and has hosted several Spanish Opens. 60 min drive.
There are also several other courses within easy reach of Monte Pego.
Travel
Car hire is essential. Recent road improvements now mean that the villa is just a 10 min drive from the AP7 motorway that links the cities of Alicante and Valencia. Alicante and Valencia airports are approximately 1 hours drive/60 miles mostly on motorway. Low cost flights are available from many UK airports.
Distances
The nearest town is Pego 2 miles away/5 min drive.
Denia is a larger provincial town and is located 7 miles/20 mins drive away. Benidorm and its various attractions is a 30 min drive down the motorway.
Further details
Local shops: Pego is a bustling market town and has local shops, banks and supermarkets. On Monte Pego itself there is a bank, 2 restaurants and a bar. The bar has live entertainment most weekends. Denia is a busy town & port. It offers many shops, lively bars and restaurants. There are also various bars & restaurants dotted between the 2 towns. Booking notes
Bookings are usually taken from Saturday to Saturday although other days may be possible particularly out of the high season.
Prices are given in pounds sterling. A booking deposit of 50% will be required and the balance plus damage deposit is to be paid 6 weeks prior to your holiday. Clients may be asked for a £150 damage deposit. This will be refunded in full within 14 days providing there has been no major breakage or negligent damage to the property.
