Notes on accommodation
A stunning home, there are fans in all bedrooms as the orientation of the house means you have cooling breezes, oil heaters are provided in cooler months and there is a fireplace, the house isn't really suited to younger children as the marble stairs are quite narrow in parts. There are awnings fitted to the terraces providing much needed shade.

Outside
There are three terraces, ground floor has wicker table and chairs. The master bedroom has 2 sun loungers and a large glass/metal table and 4 chairs and a bar-b-q. The front of the house also has a porch for bar-b-q and afternoon sunning, there is a large shared pool with gated private entrance and a kiddies/baby pool, tennis court, Playagolf is a very pretty andaluz style pueblo urbanisation with pretty palmed and flowered lined walkways and a restaurant and bar.
Coast/Beach
The beach is 5 mins walking distance. There are many small coves in which to bathe and enjoy the sun, the bigger sandier beaches of Benalmadena Costa are a 15 min walk or short bus ride away.
Golf
The well known golf course Torrequebrada Golf is in front of the house and has a wonderful clubhouse home course of multiple European PGA tournament winner and Ryder-Cup player Miguel Angel Jiménez. This excellent 18-hole golf course is virtually on your doorstep.
Travel
Malaga is the nearest airport at 15km, and is a 15min car journey, a car is not a must but is recommended as it makes everything easier, there is a bus stop in front of flatotel, 1 min from the house and is very well served taking in Fuengirola to the west and Malaga to the east. Torremolinos is approx 20min bus ride.

Further details
There is a supermarket in flatotel for times you run out of anything or wish to stock up, a larger very good supermarket is a 15min walk or quick bus ride/car journey, Playagolf has a bar and restaurant, there are a few lovely restaurants nearby overlooking the sea and are well worth a visit, a chinese, pizzeria, bank, video club and late night snack bar are around the corner there is a nudist beach (gay and straight) 5 mins walking from the house and is very private, a new shopping centre is being built in the Torrequebrada area opening for Summer 2007.
Booking notes
20% of rental total will secure booking and the balance is due eight weeks prior to arrival with the deposit, The £100 key deposit is returnable at the end of your holiday.
No hen/stag, large same sex groups as this is a quiet area (golfers please advise). No more than 6 guests. We are taking long stay bookings.
