Changeover day is Saturday and renters must vacate the villa by 10am. A different day for changeover may be possible out of peak season - phone owners on 01730 260990 to discuss. Arrival time normally 2.30pm.

About 45 mins drive from the airport at Alicante, a little more from Valencia.
A car is necessary. Ample parking provided on the shady driveway.

Only 8 to 10 minutes drive from Javea and Moraira.
30 mins drive to Terra Mitica theme park, Terra Natura wildlife park, Aqualandia water park and Mundomar (Sea World).
Safari Park about 20 mins drive.
3 minutes drive to Javea Golf course.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We purchased the first villa with a view to spending some months each year in it once we retired but in the meantime renting it out. We were so pleased with the resulting light, bright and spacious design that we decided to purchase another villa of exactly the same design. The area where the villas are located is only 8-10 minutes from the beaches, restaurants and supermarkets of Javea and Moraira. Javea golf course is only about half a mile away. There are a theme park, water park and wildlife park about half an hours drive away. If you want to be away from the hustle and bustle but very convenient for the beaches and restaurants, these villas are for you. They are suitable for family holidays as well as getting away from it all. Even the mountains are only 40 minutes away.

Unique benefits of the property
Only 8-10 minutes from the beaches and restaurants at Javea and Moraira. Good-sized supermarket only 5 minutes away in Benitachell. Lovely views from both properties. With 3 bath / shower rooms in each villa, the villas are both well provided for. The four bedroom villa has an extra cloakroom with toilet and wash basin.
