Situated in the unspoilt village of Alcossebre, on the Costa del Azahar (Orange Blossom Coast) set between mountains and sea. Spacious second floor apartment on a small complex with shared gardens and swimming pool which includes a small children's pool. We have two terraces both with stunning views, the large main terrace has access from both the lounge and master bedroom with a smaller terrace off the second bedroom both with panoramic views of the sea and the Sierra D'Irta National Park. Have breakfast watching the sun rising over the sea and watch eagles fly over the foothills of the Sierra D'Irta National Park. A 10 minute walk will take you to the resort centre with it's many excellent bars and restaurants and a choice of five wonderful blue flag beaches.

Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. Preferred arrival time is from 15.00 hours and departure time before 10.00 hours. Where possible we will be flexible over these times if other guests are not arriving the same day.

Outside
Attractive shared gardens and pool including a children's pool. We have our own spacious terrace with stunning views and a good selection of patio furniture.
Coast/Beach
There are five beaches in Alcossebre, the nearest being 10 minutes walk away. All five have been awarded the EEC Blue Flag and range from busy in July and August, with water sports, volleyball etc to quiet, get away from it all coves. The Marina is a 10 minute walk from the apartment.
Golf
There are two world class 18 hole golf courses within easy reach. Panoramica (near Vinaros)designed by Bernhard Langher some 40 minutes away and Mediterraneo (near Castellon) the home course of Sergio Garcia some 30 minutes away. We can recommend both courses and don't think that you will be disappointed. There are two further courses near Tarragona and Salou.
Travel
By car from: Valencia Airport 1 hour 10 minutes. Barcelona Airport approx 2 hours. Reus Airport 1 hour 15 minutes. Santander Sea Port 7 hours. Bilbao Sea Port 6 hours.
Distances
Peniscola, a 20 minutes drive away (El Cid was filmed here) is a picturesque and enchanting town with cobbled streets and alleys with whitewashed houses. The splendid castle looks over the sea and the town. Morella, an hours drive away is a protected medieval walled town with narrow (steep) and winding cobbled streets. Ebro Delta, a 40 minute drive north, is designated as a national park. A bird lovers' paradise, 60% of all Europe's species are found here and is home to the giant Wels catfish.
Further details
Alcossebre has many excellent shops, where you should be able to find everything you need for your holiday. There are numerous bars, cafes and restaurants to choose from. Further afield are the theme parks at Benicassim (Aquarama) and Salou (Universal Studios Port Aventura)with europe's largest salt water spa at Orpressa (Marina d'Or)
Booking notes
A 20% non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The outstanding balance and a security deposit of £100 to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit to be returned after satisfactory post rental inspection.
