Built around a private inner courtyard with swimming pool and gardens, accessed via the vaulted archway under the stone watch tower. Beautifully furnished, the apartment has 2 bedrooms with built in wardrobes, 2 bathrooms (1 en suite) to master bedroom, a luxury fitted kitchen with granite worktops, oven, hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer,microwave and even a dishwasher! We have a large lounge with French doors opening onto the balcony with sea views. The balcony can also be accessed from the Master bedroom. Both rooms have ceiling fans. The apartment is fully furnished to a very high standard and we hope you will enjoy the homely feel it offers. Outside, the apartment has a large terrace area and a private roof solarium offering excellent views of the sea and Sierra Almagrera Mountains.

Outside
There is a beautiful swimming pool plus showers for the guests use. There is a private roof solarium with sunbeds, parking for a car.
Coast/Beach
A few minutes walk away is a sandy beach with showers. There is a beach cafe providing excellent dining. There are 2 harbours, one with a tapas bar. This is a great place to have a cool drink and watch the sun go down.
Golf
Desert Springs is an 18 hole, par 72 course designed by Peter McEvoy, the successful Walker cup captain. Situated about 15 minutes drive away, it is the first desert course to be built in Europe rivalling any of the now famous desert courses in Arizona or California.
Travel
Almeria airport is within an easy drive along the E15 motorway. Easyjet have opened here now and are very reasonably priced. carjet.com provides good car hire rates and you can collect car at the airport.
Distances
Garrucha fishing port is a 10 minute drive. Garrucha offers many restaurants and bars and has a large market every Friday. Mojacar is about 15 minutes drive and once again offers numerous restaurants and bars and shops. Mojacar pueblois well worth a visit.
Further details
There is a selection of restaurants, bars, a supermarket and other village amenities in easy walking distance.
There are also two diving centres in the village offering everything for the novice through to the professional.

Please telephone or email us to check availability for the weeks you require. All bookings must be confirmed within 7 days by returning the booking form along with a deposit cheque for £100. Once your deposit cheque has cleared we will confirm your booking in writing. Please be aware that once we have confirmed your booking, your deposit becomes non-refundable.
The final balance payable, together with a £100 security deposit must be paid 6 weeks prior to departure.
