10 mins walk to the nearest beach at Barceloneta
Public transport (close to the flat) to other beaches eg. the Olympic Village. The train station next to the flat links you with all the beaches outside the city as well.

The area of Born has many innovative restaurants, cute art galleries, designer shops with the latest trends, nice relaxing terraces and squares and many lively pubs. Also, many of the city's museums, like Picasso's, are located in this area

Nearest Airport - Barcelona (main airport) 14km, 28 mins by train or 15 mins by taxi. Train station of Arc de Triumph is a 5 mins walk from the flat. There are trains every 30 mins. Use of car is optional as all amenites / attractions are within walking distance or there is excellent public transport ie. buses, metro and trains.

The flat is located in the Ciutat Vella (Old Town) at the heart of the city. Near to the flat is the train station Arc de Triumph, and 2 metro stops from 2 different lines; Arc de Triumph (red line) and JaumeI (yellow).
There are several supermarkets nearby and in the event of an emergency there is a 24hr supermarket on Ronda San Pedro street, less than 10 mins walk from the flat.
