Sleeps 6. 3 bedroom villa with 2 bathrooms, private pool set in beautiful gardens. Situated in the quiet residential area of La Ermita on the slopes of Mount Montgo, a national park. Air conditioning is provided in all bedrooms. The Arenal beach is within easy reach as is the old town of Javea. There are several local restaurants and a supermarket within easy reach.

Kitchen: Modern fully equipped kitchen with oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle and coffee maker.
Utility Room: Washing machine & storage area, ironing board & iron.
Living Rooms: Spacious lounge with separate dining area. Digital TV with 'free to view' TV & radio channels as available in Spain, ie. rolling news, music channels etc (not Sky). DVD Player, CD/radio player. Dining area with seating for 6 persons.
Other: The fully glazed naya overlooks the rear gardens with a seating area & bar football table.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
All hand towels, bath towels, bath mats & all bedroom linen is included. The towels and linen are changed weekly. Please bring beach towels for pool & beach use.

 

Notes on accommodation
Full air conditioning in all bedrooms. Mosquito nets are fitted to all windows. For additional security a programmable personal safe is fitted, and a house intruder alarm can be used if desired.

Outside
The villa is set in beautiful managed gardens containing many specimen plants. There is an outside dining area with seating for six, a barbecue, six pool loungers and a private sun terrace with additional seating, there is a private 8m x 4m pool with submerged lighting. To the front is secure off road parking for two cars behind a gated entrance.

Coast/Beach
The villa is nearby the pleasant resort of Javea, and easy access to the resorts of Denia, Calpe, Moriara and inland towns and villages. Javea has an excellent beach and has been awarded the prestigious Blue Flag for cleanliness and safety for all the family.

Golf
The villa is within easy access of two courses. The La Sella 18 hole course is within 3 km. The Javea golf course is slightly further.

Travel
Alicante and Valencia airports are both an hour's drive away. Car hire is ideal for you to fully enjoy and appreciate your holiday. If you require details on car hire or an airport collection service we would be happy to assist.

Distances
Javea is a 5 minute drive away. Here you will find the Arenal beach area, the old port area and the old town, all with a selection of cafes, bars, restaurants, markets and shops. Close by are several beautiful villages & towns surrounded by orange, almond and olive groves.

Further details
Every kind of watersport is catered for in Javea, also golf, bowls, tennis, cycling, horse riding and hiking. The beautiful city of Valencia with it's historic buildings, museums and shopping centres is an hour's drive. Benidorm's Terra Mitica theme park is half an hour's drive, you will also find Aqualandia and Mundomar there. At Gata de Gorgos you will find local craft industries.

Booking notes
When booking we would require a deposit of 20% of the total rental cost. The balance would be due 6 weeks prior to occupancy. There would also be a refundable breakage deposit of £200 which would be returned upon our reciept of the keys at the end of your holiday.
