Changeover day
From Mid June, through July, August to mid September, Saturday is our changeover day, the rest of the year we are flexible. Departure time is no later than 10am unless agreed otherwise. Arrival time, no earlier than 3pm unless agreed otherwise.

Kitchen: Modern Kitchen, fully fitted with, fridge/freezer, electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, all pots and pans and kitchen utensils, full set of crockery cutlery and glassware, coffee machine and toaster.
Utility Room: The utility room is situated to the rear of the villa and has a washing machine, sink and drying area.
Living Rooms: The Salon is a lounge/dining room combined and includes, Dining table with chairs, armchairs, sideboard, Coffee table, open fire, beamed ceiling, TV with VHS and DVD, all English channels, radio.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: 		All bathroom towels and bed linen are provided and changed weekly. The property is cleaned prior to your arrival.

 

Notes on accommodation
The air conditioning is in the Salon only, and is for heating or cooling. In our opinion the property is suitable for children.

Accessibility
This property has good wheelchair access. Once you drive through the automatic gates onto the car port there is ample room for a wheelchair to be off loaded and assembled, from there the person can be wheeled down a gentle ramp to the house level, from there it is OK to access all rooms in the property and manoeuvre outside with ease.
The rear of the property is not accessible to a wheelchair user.

Outside
The outside area is fully equipped with sun shades, table and chairs, sun loungers and a built in BBQ. The swimming pool is 7.5 meters by 4 meters and is for the private use of the residents of Sunnydaze only. There is plenty of space surrounding the swimming pool, and in addition there is a separate patio area. There is a pleasant garden for you to enjoy.

Coast/Beach
There are three main beach areas in L'escala, Ampuries, Riells and Montgo, all are soft sand, all have excellent swimming and snorkeling conditions, Lifeguards and First aid posts are on all beaches, All beaches have cafes nearby. Walking times from Villa Sunnydaze to, Montgo 15 mins, Riells 10 mins and Ampuries is a 6 minute drive.

Good restaurants abound, in and around L'escala. Nearest shopping is a 6 minute walk from Sunnydaze. Banks and cash machines are plentiful.

When a reservation is made we require a 20% deposit within 10 working days. The balance may be paid on your day of arrival or before if you wish. Once we have received your deposit we send you a receipt and other useful information.
