Located mid point on the New Golden Mile, within 5 miles in either direction you can visit the chic Marina of Puerto Banus, the shops of Marbella, or the stunning cobbled streets of old town Estepona. The stunning mountain village of Ronda, the Rock of Gibraltar, and the Sherry Bodegas of Jerez are within an hours drive away. Many attractive features include: air conditioning, marble flooring throughout, 2 terraces, beautifully furnished, one overlooking pool and gardens. Automated underground parking with lifts to all floors. Locally are many golf courses, The Health and Beauty Spa of La Selanza and the Tennis Club of Bel Air. A two minute drive in the other direction towards Estepona you will find Laguna Village housing exclusive shops, restaurants, outdoor heated pool and beach area with sunbeds. Only ONE allocated parking space in car park, more bays outside.
Extra blankets and pillows are stored in wardrobes. Hairdryer available.
Golf tee-off times can be arranged.
A hair stylist lives on site and a beauty therapist can be booked for apartment visits.
Babysitting service available. Suitable for children.
Wear and Tear is expected, any larger breakages etc.. may have to be paid for depending on the circumstances.

Access to all areas is available via the lift to all floors and ramps to pathways, except for main gated entrance which has steps.

Communal games room has toilets and changing rooms for the pool. Sauna which can be used at weekends.

Coast/Beach
Local beach 6 minute walk.
Crusoes beach 1 minute drive from apartment (next to Kempinski 5* Hotel) has two beach bars.

Estepona (4 minute drive - West of apartment).
San Pedro (5 minute drive - East of apartment).
Puerto Banus (7 minute drive - East of apartment).
Marbella (9 minute drive - East of apartment).
Golf
There are many golf course within a 10 minute drive. Too many to name. Tee-off times at all local course's and lessons can be arranged before you leave.
Skiing
Sierra Nevada in Granada is a 2 hour drive from the apartment.
Special interest holidays
We do not provide personal activities, however excursions can be booked through our property manager, just ask before you leave.
Travel
Malaga Airport is a 40 minute drive away.
Gibralta Airport is a 40 minute drive away.
Car Hire is recommended to benefit your travel to local sites. There is an express bus from Malaga airport to Marbella (cost about 8 Euros), and from here the coastal bus runs along the N340 all the way to Estepona, stopping at Selwo Park (near to apartment).
