Situated in a quiet estate about 1/4 mile from 2 golf courses. One course (Condado) at 7,500 yards is the exellent Jack Nicklaus Championship Course - easily the best in the Region. Nearby there are restaurants, bars and shopping centre, all within easy walking distance.

Coast/Beach
The beach is 10-15 minutes drive away. It is clean and shallow, with few high waves. There is also a beautiful coastline with several small seaside towns also within a 10 minute drive. Most of the year it is very quiet. In summer there are pedalos, and beach activities. Golfer's paradise and only 10 minutes from 7,500 yard Jack Nicklaus Champioship Golf Course - best in Region by miles. Great practice area with free facilities, plus golf range.
Golf
Casa Amistad is a golfer' paradise. An excellent new Jack Nicklaus Championship course, (Condado Alhama), is just 10 minutes drive from the villa. It is probably the best golf course in the whole Murcia region. Great practice area with free facilities, plus golf range. Camposol (Sensol) Golf Course is about 5 minutes from the villa. There are long par 5's and several demanding holes with water carries. Casa Amistad Golf Villa is well situated for reaching a wide range of excellent golf courses. There are 15 golf courses within a 1 hour drive.
Skiing
You are only a couple of hours drive away from great skiing on the Sierra Nevada ski slopes. Generally quiet and inexpensive, this is also a great place to go for beginners. You can be skiing in the morning and sunbathing on the beach in the afternoon! The ski resort is in the Sierra Nevada mountain range and is the most southerly ski resort in Europe. The Sierra Nevada ski resort has numerous runs of varying difficulties to satisfy all skiing levels. Being so far south, many skiers are pleasantly surprised to find the air temperature is usually warmer than other resorts.
Facilities at the resort include some 40 miles of runs, two cross-country skiing circuits, two cabin lifts, 12 chair lifts and 5 T-bar lifts, capable of moving 32,000 skiers an hour.
Special interest holidays
Hill walking trips are available in the nearby Sierra Espuna. Scuba diving is available in the marina. The villa is a golfer's paradise.
