Sleeps 4 - one double, one twin. Beautifully furnished to a high standard throughout. Fully air-conditioned - a necessity in the summer. Two terraces - morning sun at the front, afternoon sun at the rear. 3 pools, plus children's paddling pools. Teak terrace tables, chairs and 'steamer' sun-loungers. 24 hour security. Private parking for 2 cars. the apartment has the perfect location - just 10 minutes walk from the port. This means you have the best of both worlds - easy access to the great beaches, restaurants, shops, bars and nightlife - and also the option to take things a bit easier, and relax by one of our 3 lovely pools.

Notes on prices
Any extra days required will be charged at at daily rate equivilent to 1/7 of the weekly rate. If the holiday start and end dates are in different rental periods, the cost will be calculated on a pro-rata basis. Late bookings - see 'Booking Notes' below. | Bathrooms: | Both bathrooms are fully tiled, and have a four piece suite, plus shower attachment. |
| Kitchen: | Well equipped, fully fitted kitchen and appliances (hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher etc.), with work surfaces on both sides. An ironing board and iron are also provided. |
| Utility Room: | The utility room, accessed via the kitchen, has a washing machine, and is handy for additional storage, buckets and spades etc. |
| Living Rooms: | The apartment has marble floors throughout. The living room is spacious and airy, and benefits from receiving sunlight from both ends. Furnishings are bright and modern, in reds, oranges and creams. TV, DVD, Playstation, and hifi are provided. |
| Other: | The spacious terrace at the front enjoys views of the mountains to the north and the Mediterranean sea to the south. It is furnished with a large teak table and chairs and two 'steamer' sun loungers. The rear terrace overlooks one of the 3 on-site pools. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Bed linen and towels are provided, and are changed weekly. Guests are requested to bring their own towels for sun-bathing and beach use. The apartment is cleaned at the end of each week. Additional changes and cleaning can be arranged by request. |
Notes on accommodation
Note that the apartment is on the first floor (or 2nd in Spanish speak). This is an important factor if, like us, you're not keen on heights! Another important point is that the lift from the underground carpark is approx 15 yards from our car park spaces. The lift stops literally outside the front door of the apartment - making access for luggage and shopping etc extremely easy.

Outside
The apartments are set in well maintained, landscaped gardens. There are 3 swimming pools (featuring waterfalls and stepping stones), plus a separate tots pool. Community sun beds are provided around each pool. An on-site tennis court is available for use by guests. Secure underground parking for 2 cars. (The lift from the basement car park is literally to the front door of the apartment.)
Coast/Beach
There are beaches on both sides of Puerto Banus marina, and these are approximately 15 minutes walk from the apartment. Once on the beach, you can head North East towards Marbella - the beach continues uninterupted until you reach the port. (This is a really pleasant walk, with beachside bars and restaurants along the way). If you head South West from Puerto Banus towards San Pedro, then Estepona, there are beaches in that direction as well.
Golf
There are nearly 60 golf courses in Andalucía, of which thirty are on the Costa del Sol (or ‘Costa del Golf’ as it is also known)! The fine weather allows golf to be popular all year round. Our apartment is situated at the entrance to the ‘Golf Valley’, and is surrounded by courses – several literally a few minutes drive away.
Travel
Malaga airport is approximately 40 minutes away by car. There are plenty of carhire companies located at the airport. Alternatively, a taxi costs about €65, or if you prefer, you can take the coach from the airport to Marbella coach station (about 4 euros/person), and then take a taxi to the apartment (about 13 euros). There's plenty to see and explore in Andalucia, so a car is handy. However, there's plenty to do within walking distance (good bus service), so it's not a necessity.
Distances
Puerto Banus port is approximately 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Marbella town is approximately 5 miles away.
Further details
There are numerous restaurants and bars situated around the harbour itself, and in the town. Closer still there are several places just round the corner from the apartment, and on the way to the port. Designer shops abound in the port, with Hermes, Loius Vouton, Armani, Versace and several others all having their own stores. There are also plenty other small boutiques,a shopping centre, and on Saturdays, a great outdoor market with all kinds of bargains. The closest 2 supermarkets are approx 200 yards from the apartment. There are several banks in the port. The closest with a cash machine is approx 100 yards from the apartment.
Booking notes
If you would like to book the apartment, we would request a 25% deposit on confirmation, with the balance due 8 weeks before departure. We accept payment by cash, cheque or bank transfer in Sterling, or by bank transfer in Euros. We will also request a £100 refundable deposit as insurance against breakages. Note: Between April and Sep if you are booking 2 weeks before your departure date, deduct 15% from the prices quoted; one week, deduct 20%. Weekend deals are also available - please email.
