Our ground floor apartment is situated in a quiet residential area with a pleasant outlook, a short drive from Torrevieja town centre with its beautiful harbour. We are situated close to the communal pool, and tennis court but not to close to be a nuisance, there are bars, restaurants, a well stocked supermarket and childrens play areas all within easy walking distance. The whole area is surrounded with blue flag beaches for the sun lovers and the golfers will enjoy Villamartin which is a short drive away. The area is close enough for the shoppers looking for therapy to enjoy a days shopping in Torrevieja which has some lovely scenery including the town square and the harbour.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the apartment per week in UK Pounds.
Included in the above prices for January - March is use of the air conditioning / convector fan heating, however use of these 2 units outside of this time is subject to an additional charge of 30 Euro's per week if required. There are ceiling fans in each room of the apartment. Please advise at the time of booking whether you require the air conditioning or heaters. Long term rentals for the winter months are available at a reduced amount.
Changeover day
Flexible changeover day but there is a small charge for out of hours (between 6pm and 9am) arrivals/departures this is paid locally and is 20 euro's.
We cannot accept responsibility for failure of any local services which are beyond our control.

| Living Rooms: | Lounge area has a 3 seater sofa, a 2 seater sofa, TV, Video, DVD, Digibox, CD player & Cable TV. Dining area has a table with 4 chairs and two extra chairs stowed away. |
| Other: | The Patio is a large 24 x 24 feet and ideal for the children to play in. There is a brick barbecue for use by our guests (bearing in mind it must be left clean). The front gate is lockable so the children cannot escape! |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and bedding are included in the property rental (the cleaning charge deducted from your breakage deposit covers these items) but will not be changed during your stay, they can be washed during your stay if you wish to do so. |
Notes on accommodation
The apartment is situated in a quiet area there is a small childrens play area over the road with a sand surface (not opposite just up the road but visable from the apartment) and a small five a side play area for the older kids. It is suitable for children. This is a family friendly property and not really suitable for single sex groups. I have plenty of baby equipment for my guests to use only I do not rent out baby equipment, including a sterilising unit, a baby car seat, a toddler car seat, two travel cots, a buggy with parasol if needed and rain covers, cot bedding etc. I also have a range of plastic cutlery and crockery as well as a couple of baby beakers.
Accessibility
Access is great as the property is on the ground floor and all on one level. There is one step up onto covered part of the patio and one step into apartment.
Outside
There is a large 24ft x 24ft approx patio area part shaded out the front, included here is a set of four chairs and a table as well as a couple of sun beds. We have just installed a sun awning for extra shade during the hot summer months. As the property is west facing it has the sun all day. A short walk is the communal swimming pool and tennis court. The rear of the property has a small covered tiled area which is currently a storage area.
Coast/Beach
There are several blue flag beaches within a few minutes drive and for the healthier ones of us a 15 minute walk, Playa Flamenca being the nearest beach.
Golf
There are 3 golf courses within a short drive in Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor.
Travel
The distance from Alicante Airport is about 35 minutes by motorway (tolls apply approx 2 euro's) or 45 minutes down the main N332 road. Car hire is recommended so that you can take full advantage of the area, shopping and beaches. The Costa Blanca is renown for its warm and friendly welcome, mainly catering for Spanish holiday makers it has a good English/Irish and German population just to add to its appeal. Within a short walk about 3 minutes there is access to a bank with cashpoint.
Further details
There is a £200 deposit for breakages and damage to the property. This is payable in the UK before departure, it will be returned to you less the cleaning fee of £50 when you return to the UK and the apartment has been checked thoroughly. This ensures that the apartment is kept in good order. If you would like to make use of the Air Conditioning which is in the lounge, master and second bedrooms there is an extra charge for this. I need to be advised at time of booking please. The charge is 30 Euros per week.
Booking notes
To make a booking please email or phone me. To confirm your booking you will need to pay 10% or £50 deposit whichever is the greater amount. This secures the apartment for you and the dates will then be shown as booked. The balance must be paid 8 weeks before you leave the UK. If the booking is for a holiday that is less than 8 weeks away then the full amount is payable when booking. I will need to have details of your flights at time of booking to advise management in Spain.
