Notes on prices
Prices are per week for upto 4 people. Discount for singles and couples. £50 deposit secures a booking. Airport 'Meet and Greet' service if required. Also food 'Starter Packs' (cereal,milk, tea/coffee, bottled water, bread etc. can be provided if required.
Changeover day
Changeover days are flexible with prior agreement with owners. Access to apartment from 2.30pm and vacate apartment by 11am on departure day. Unless agreed otherwise with owner.

Notes on accommodation
Heaters are provided in winter,for extra peace of mind security grilles are fitted to external windows and balcony doors.
Accessibility
Long ramps with handrails, in addition to steps, are provided to all swimming pools.
Outside
Patio doors lead out onto a lovely balcony with lighting, table and chairs (inc.2 recliners) overlooking the ornately landscaped communal pool area.
Gated complex including 3 good sized pools wih paddling sections and and sunbathing areas.Nearest pool has a lawned area with some palm trees for shade.
Coast/Beach
15 mins walk (3mins by car)to the promenade and long sandy beach of Los Alcazares which is situated on the shores of the beautiful "Mar Menor" with its warm, shallow, crystal clear waters. The "Mar Menor" is renowned for its therapeutic shallow, warm waters,rich in minerals and iodine which are apparently good for skin and joint ailments.
Golf
There are over 10 Golf courses within 5-30 mins drive away, including Rhoda Beach Golf resort,Mar Menor Golf resort,Torre Pacheco (9 holes),El Valle, La Manga(3courses), Campoamor and Villa Martin.
Travel
Just 10 minutes drive from Murcia Airport(San Javier)0r 45 mins from Alicante airport. Although a car is not essential, it can be useful for touring and exploring the area,local cities and places of interest. Car hire and Taxis are available locally and at airports.
Distances
Los Alcazares is less than an hour's drive south of Alicante Town and about 20 mins north of La Manga. Appx. 25 mins from the historic city of Cartagena and 35 mins from the city of Murcia. Torrevieja resort is about 20 mins up the coast.

Nearby cafebars, restaurants, Tapas bars, supermarkets,hairdresser and banks within short walking distance. Internet computers are available in the local Post Room shop in the "Plaza". Car & Cycle hire are also available locally.

A £50 non refundable deposit required. Full balance payable plus a £100 damage bond required 6 weeks before departure.(Damage bond refunded providing no loss or damage occurs). Method of payment : Sterling Cheque(or euro cheque by arrangement.

We have been fortunate to stay in the apartment 4 times!. Well furnished and very comfortable, with lovely balcony for meals or glass of wine,watching the sun setting. Overlooks the pools,(illuminated at night). The gated complex,offers additional security & privacy. Close to restaurants catering for all tastes, bars & cafes,like "La Diva",great food, service and lovely ambiance (one of many). Mrs.Caldwell, Inverness.
We found the Apt. well equipped and spacious for two and would easily accommodate four. Swimming pool area was very pleasant and no doubt great in the summertime. Los Alcazares is very pleasant with easy walking and great eating places especially El Patio (drinks very reasonable) and the restaurant at "Oasis " Centre . Would certainly consider using your Apt. again. Mr. Cartwright, Staffs.

About the owner
We are a typical working family with children, with similar aspirations to most families and probably similar problems. We enjoy socialising and eating out occasionally and spending time as a family. I play some golf and like outdoor pursuits,watching football on TV and like a pint of beer now and again, particularly real ale.
We love going to the apartment two,possibly three times a year(if we can) and making it available for others to enjoy as well, as everyone deseves a break now and then.
We've had a lot of positive feedback from guests,some returning more than once to enjoy the apartment, complex,beach and local amenities, which is nice.

Unique benefits of the property
We love the feel of the property,it's a "home from home" for us and we love sitting on the balcony,soaking up the late sun and having a drink there with friends and family or having a family meal.
We also love the pool area with its two large pools,including toddlers splash pools.
I like to chill and get some shade on the grassed area under the palm trees and read a book or magazine.
We like being located a very short walk from the "Plaza"area where the restaurants, bars and tapas bars are,no need to drive or pay for Taxi's .
The locally famous and popular "El Patio" grille restaurant is only 250mtrs away serving grilled meats,game and fish.
We like to walk to the long sandy beach by the beautiful "Mar Menor" bay with it's warm,shallow, Cristal clear waters ,ideal for bathing.
