Notes on accommodation
The property is air-conditioned throughout, with a fireplace for cooler winter evenings.
There is a range of beach furniture, parasols, a cold box and a picnic box.
We have an associate on call locally who can advise and assist you if you have any difficulties.
Outside
The patio garden is entirely enclosed with a high fence so it is very safe for children as well as being private. There is a built-in barbecue and a range of patio furniture and sunbeds.
The garden also includes the pool, which is 10m x 3.5m and is for your exclusive use.
There is a further small enclosed patio to the rear of the property.
Coast/Beach
It is a 15 minute stroll to the clean, white sandy beaches.
Golf
The fine golf courses of Lomas De Campo Amor, Villamartin and Ramblas are all within 2 or 3 kilometers. The La Finca course is 15 minutes' drive. Half an hour away is the famous La Manga Club with its 3 championship courses and a further 18 hole par 47 course plus extensive practice facilities.

Travel
20 mins drive from Murcia airport and 40 mins from Alicante airport.
A hire car is not essential but is recommended if you wish to explore the local area. Alternatively, for a simple restful break you will find all the shops and restaurants you need within comfortable walking distance.
Distances
The main local town is Torrevieja, about 15 minutes away by car.

Booking notes
We require a 50% deposit upon booking, with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure. In the event of cancellation between 8 and 4 weeks before departure, we will refund 25% of the full charge.
We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance effective from the day of your initial booking so that, in the unfortunate event of cancellation, you will not lose financially. We give you the names of one or two companies that provide affordable family annual travel.
