The villa is situated 24.9 miles north of Alicante. The area is noted for its clean air and temperate climate, enjoying over 75% of warm climate for the year. Situated in a quiet residential area but within 5 mins walk of restaurants, bars, shops, banks and pharmacies, etc. Only 10 mins drive to the old/new Benidorm Levante beach. Real De faula Golf resort and Spa (now open) and Terra Mitica Paramount theme park is only 5-10 mins drive. The villa is large and modern, yet traditionally styled, which stands in its own established landscaped grounds of 800 sq meters and is screened with mature plants and foliage privacy with spectacular sea view and views of Altea hills. The private pool is 8m x 4m with Roman steps leading up to the front large veranda area. The villa hosts a large BBQ area with a beautiful jacuzzi which is surrounded by large furs trees for privacy.

Outside
The villa is set in its own well established grounds with a beautiful wrought table chairs on the veranda, where you enjoy the breathtaking views whilst relaxing. Around the pool area, there are sunbeds/loungers swimming equipment for the family to enjoy.
Coast/Beach
Levante beach is situated 10 mins drive. Along with various other beaches. Unspoilt and clean.
Golf
Real de Faula 18 hole golf Resort and Spa is now open with a 5-7 mins drive. The resort is a recreational paradise with endless opportunities. The 18 hole golf course (par 72 and 62) was designed by Jack Nicklaus and will provide hours of relaxtion and fun. In addition, there are tennis courts, kids clubs and games rooms which are available. Plus Turkish bath and gym. There are several resturants varying from Spanish to Oriental and also a la carte. There are various other golf courses within 25 mins drive and also Playa Suan Juan 18 hole golf course in Alicante.
Travel
The villa is located 30 mins - 45 mins drive from Alicante airport. Take the E15 road heading towards Alicante/Valencia. Take junction 65A signposted Terra Mitica. Head towards CV70 signposted La Nucia. The villa is 10 min drive from CV70.
Car hire is recommended.
Distances
Enjoy the 19th Century spanish vineyard of Monovar. This was amongst the most sought after red wine in Euorpe which is said to be an aphrodisiac - probably on account of its high alcohol content. It is also among the most expensive. Monovar is situated 45 mins drive on the back roads from Alicante via Agost and Novelda, which passes almond groves and vineyards.
Further details
Terra Mitica theme park opens all year round. The theme park is 2 miles inland from Benidorm - takes the mediterranean classical civilisations as its theme; rides include Magnus Colossus the largest rollercoacster in Europe. Back in Benidorm itself are two main centres of nightlife. The first is the old town, where you will find a more native atmosphere in local bars. The other main area is new Benidorm, further towards the edge of Avenida de la Communitat Valenciano at the far end of Levante beach. Aqualand and Mundomar theme park is situated in Bendiorm town centre, which is also good fun for the family.
