Saturdays but can be flexible Apartment must be vacated by 11:00 on day of departure. Available to move in from 15:30 on day of arrival.
25% deposit taken upon booking.
Total must be paid 6 weeks prior to Holiday.
£200. security deposit required refundable within 5 days of departure if apartment is undamaged.

About the area
The sandy arenal beach is 10 min walk and the beautiful pebble beach with it's bars is 3 min walk.
Javea golf course is approx 10 mins by car and La Sella with 27 holes is approx 20mins.
How to get there
Javea is located conveniently approx 1hrs drive from Alicante and 1hrs drive from Valencia. A car is not essential because of the location of Emerald apartment. Transfers to and from the airports can be arranged.
Denia is a 15min drive where you can get a ferry to Ibiza and Majorca etc.
There are many beautiful coastal towns to explore within short drives from Javea. If you like going into the mountains the small picturesque village of Guadalest (approx 45-50mins) away which is well worth a visit. On your way you could stop off at the Transport museum and view the transport from the past. For Water Parks etc. Benidorm is only 35-40 mins away.

"Excellent Apt, Great Location"
We stayed at the Emerald apartment for 10 days, end July/Aug. Very nice apartment/facilities,decent sized pool. The complex is very well situated, with the supermarket just around the corner, 400 yds away there are beach bars/restaurants. Javea port is very scenic with a good selection of restaurants only 15 min walk. Arenal the popular sandy beach, busy in the evenings where the main selection of restaurants are is about a 20 min walk.
Recommended for: Girls getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with teenagers and families with young children

"Emerald Apartment - Javea"
Great location, close to the port area and only a 15 minute walk to the main beach and its restaurants. Lovely apartment, very clean, well maintained and spacious. It has the use of a shared pool 2 mins walk from the apartment along the walkway which was great as we had a 2yr old with us. It also had a gate so great to let our son run around without getting out of the pool area. We met the owners and they were great, very friendly and helped us out with a small problem. The apartment is very safe and you only have access if you are a resident there. It is a great location and very close to other resorts to go and explore too. The choice of restaurants in Javea is great, loads to chose from and all child friendly. The Arenal beach is sandy and very long and has toilets as well as childrens swings and climbing frames. I would have no hesitation going back here for a holiday.

"A Great Holiday Apartment"
We had a wonderful holiday in this superbly located apartment. Everything was provided for a great time, nearby to a supermarket, shops, bars and restaurants and a stone's throw from the sea. Situated midway between the Arenal and the Port in Javea, there is no need for a car unless you wanted to explore further afield. The owners were very helpful and made us feel welcome. A lovely apartment,with a beautiful swimming pool and gardens and in a perfect location which we would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends.

About the Owner
Having owned a Villa in Javea for several years now which we initially rented out we are aware of what is required to have a good holiday. We put this first and foremost when dealing with our clients as we wish for everyone to have a pleasant stay as we did on our first arrival in Javea. We have a local lady from the same block looking after the apartment should our clients have any further requirements during their stay. This is a great advantage to clients who are holidaying and want peace of mind should anything go wrong.

Why this location?
Having been in Javea for several years now we chose the location of our apartment carefully. Located midway between the famous sandy Arenal beach and the Port area and close to the beautiful Old town it's in an ideal location. Just a short walk (10-15mins) to the Port and Arenal or even less (2-3mins) to one of the many beach bars which line the seafront between the Port and Arenal. Javea is an ideal town for your holiday should it be relaxing on the beach, water sports, horse riding, golfing, cycling, etc or sightseeing. I would describe Javea as a perfect place for a family holiday,away from the usual overcrowded holiday resorts but still close enough to Benidorm (approx 35-40mins) and all the Water parks etc. For the younger generation there are several night clubs and disco bars.
What are the unique benefits of the property?
For those with younger children who wish to explore, our apartment is in a small Gated community which makes it safe for them to freely run around without the fear of traffic etc. The complex pool is probably one of the largest in the area and for residents use only which avoids overcrowding. The pool has a separate area for kiddies. Our apartment has Air conditioning and Heating for winter vacations. We provide FREE WiFi,UK television, DVD player, HiFi, XBox 360 with some games and a selection of books. The largest Supermarket in Javea is only a 2min walk and Iceland a 2min walk. A pharmacy and wine shop is a similar distance also. On either of our terraces it's possible to BBQ with fully extending sun shades to protect you from the hot summer sun.
