Two folding beds in the dining room (only for children use). This property comes with underground garage space for two cars, pretty gardens surrounding the pool (usually open from 15 June - 15 September), two paddle tennis courts and children’s play area, all in a private gated development. The house is a 2 minute drive from the golden sandy beaches and the Islantilla shopping complex with bars, cafes, shops and supermarkets, but only 2 minutes walk to the brand new shopping and leisure complex La Hacienda de Islantilla. Ideally situated to explore not only Spain but the Portuguese Algarve.

Outside
There is a 350m2 shared swimming pool with swallow area for younger children, and a lifeguard is in attendance during summer months. Tropical gardens, two paddle tennis courts and children´s play area. Two terraces, the main one overlooking the tropical gardens, consists of a table and 6 chairs. The smaller one also has a garden table and 6 chairs.
Coast/Beach
Approximately 600 m from the beach or just 2 minutes drive.
Islantilla beautiful beaches form part of the 128 km of golden sand that stretches from Tarifa, the Southern most point of mainland Spain, to the Northern town of Ayamonte, on the Spanish/Portuguese border. This stretch of coastline is surrounded by pine trees, natural beaches and conservation areas.
A modern shopping mall is set by the beach, overlooking miles of walkways surrounded by palm trees.
Golf
The house is on a magnificent 27 hole golf course. Its layout is designed in pure parkland style within an enormous pine wood and with incredible sea views. In the year 2000 was recognised by the Golf Digest magazine as being in the top 100 category of the best golf courses in Europe.
There are also at least 5 other golf courses within a 30 minute drive from Islantilla.
Travel
The nearest airport is Faro in Portugal, which is less than 1 hour drive, and Seville airport is 1 1/4 drive, both reached by motorway. And getting to Islantilla keeps getting easier and cheaper: -Ryanair have recently commenced flights to Seville airport. Distances
Local shops, restaurants and supermarket are a 2 minute walk. La Antilla is 2km, and Lepe is 4km. The fishing village of Isla Cristina is 5km. Ayamonte, where you can find a ferry to Portugal is 12km, and Portugal is 12km.
Huelva, the main town of the area, is 30 minutes away by motorway. Seville is a 1 1/4 drive.

The Islantilla Beach and Golf Resort is ideal for those looking for culture, relaxation on the beach, or perhaps a golfing break. This resort is dominated by its blue flag, long and sandy pine and dune beaches. This newly developed resort on the Costa De La luz is the result of a philosophy combining relaxation with activity, known as "Active Leisure". This part of the Spanish coastline is often referred to as "Spain´s best kept secret", but is more widely known as the "Spanish Algarve".
