Our comfortably furnished apartment is ideally situated in popular Los Altos not too far away from many blue flag beaches, several marinas, excellent golf courses, restaurants, bars and shops. Our apartment is on the ground floor with a private south facing patio area for you to relax and soak up the sun most of the day.

Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday, the rental period starts at 2pm on day of arrival and finishes at 10am on day of departure.

A large patio area with patio table and six chairs and umbrella, 2 sun loungers, and a small barbecue, we have a good size private swimming pool for the sole use of owners and their guests.
Coast/Beach
There are many beautiful blue flag beaches close by, La Zenia beach is a 10 minute drive away and the beautiful secluded Captain's beach is only 15 minutes drive.
Golf
There are three 18 hole golf courses in very close proximity. 10/15 mins drive. Namely, Villa Martin, Las Ramblas and also Campoamar.
Travel
Nearest airports are Alicante 40 mins drive or Murcia (San Javier) 25 mins. Car hire recommended.
Distances
Torrevieja is approx 10-15 mins drive and the towns of Murcia, Alicante and Cartagena are all within one hour's drive.
