Our comfortably furnished apartment is ideally situated in popular Los Altos not too far away from many blue flag beaches, several marinas, excellent golf courses, restaurants, bars and shops. an ideal location to explore the salt lakes of torrevieja with the pink flamingoes, also Our apartment is on the ground floor with a large private south facing patio area for you to enjoy alfresco dining, and to to relax and soak up the sun most of the day.

Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday, the rental period starts at 2pm on day of arrival and finishes at 10am on day of departure. Other times by prior arangement.

Outside
A large patio area with patio table and six chairs and umbrella, 2 sun loungers, and a barbecue, we have a good size private swimming pool for the sole use of owners and their guests.
Coast/Beach
There are many beautiful blue flag beaches close by, La Zenia beach is a 10 minute drive away and the beautiful secluded Captain's beach is only 15 minutes drive.
Golf
There are three 18 hole golf courses in very close proximity. 10/15 mins drive. Namely, Villa Martin, Las Ramblas and also Campoamar.
Travel
Nearest airports are Alicante 30 mins drive or Murcia (San Javier) 20 mins. Car hire recommended.
Distances
Torrevieja is approx 10-15 mins drive and the towns of Murcia, Alicante and Cartagena are all within one hour's drive. a large supermarket, 400 yards from our apartment.

Booking notes
Prices are for up to six persons, £50 deposit is required, and also £100 damage deposit - refunded on your return to the UK - due with the balance - due 8 weeks before departure. You can also pay by paypal.

We have provided a comments book in our apartment and we encourage our guests to have there input about our apartment and all the facilities around the area and we have not had one negative feedback from our guests to date so it must be a good place to enjoy your holiday.

I live in Warrington England, with my wife Diane and our three grown up daughters, and our grandson Cody Pierre, he is great fun to be with, my wife and i both work, my wife is a carer, and I am a self employed courier, and a part time carer, we spend most of our holidays in either one of our apartments in Spain or in Cyprus, we have many friends on our complex in Spain,and also in cyprus, our apartment in spain is facing a large spanish villa, we purchased it in 2004, we love Torrevieja because of all the great facilities in the area, there are some excellent blue flag beaches, our apartment is easily accessible with 2 airports to choose from, Murcia being the closest just 20 minutes drive away. our cyprus apartment has a great relaxing atmosphere, a 1 bedroom apartment.

Our apartment is in a great position, it gets the sun most of the day on our great patio area, and is private, it is easily accessible with 2 airports to chose from, Murcia being a 20 minutes drive away, and Alicante just 40 minutes drive, just 5 minutes walk from a large supermarket,10 minutes walk to great bars and restaurants, also just 8 minutes drive to the blue flag beaches, we value our guests feedback, we have a comments book in the apartment and all our guests to date have nothing but praise about the apartment and the area that its in, long may that continue.
